The pizza buffet offered plenty of variety, with the classic pepperoni standing out, though some slices sat a little too long under the heat lamps. Staff were friendly and kept things moving, and the casual family-style atmosphere made it an easy stop for groups.

Our family likes to stop at “Val’s” when we’re in Nebraska. The food is fine as far as buffets go- fried chicken usually tasty and crunchy, pizza- a step below Godfather’s & the Hut. Lasagna, ok. I mean, no one is under the illusion that you’re going to eat I-talian food, right? It’s pizza buffet. It’s local. It’s on the cheap and the kids get ice cream at the end. One thing that makes everything appetizing is clean dishes, though. Our we’re not. I’ll include a picture. It’s not the fault of the dishwasher- it’s management being cheap. Replace your dishes when the dirt is visibly caked on-gross. Yeesh. See ya next time!!

Love coming to Valentino’s when we come to Columbus, NE. The pizza is good. Had the fried chicken but none of the pieces I had were very warm. They had a large variety of food at the buffet.
Love the variety of desserts and the soft serve machine is always a treat for the kids and adults.
The service was great and the place was nice.
Had a good experience and would probably come back again if we are ever back in town.

I loved loved loved this place. Ashley E., my server, was great! She never let my drink run empty and always made sure everything was good! Not to mention the food!! The pizza was fresh and the chicken was hot and crispy! couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Patricia was our server, my partner and I are younger and decided to try it since I hadn’t gone i years. We were met with snippy service and when I had to come back and explained that my partner had lost his cigarettes and had someone check the restroom for us she had came up quite rudely remarking “if it’s not up front it’s not here”. There was a clear difference in the service she provided us vs families and older folk.

Never heard of an Italian buffet before so had to try it out. Servers were very nice so it’s nothing to do with them. Food however, was not the greatest. Only a couple items I could eat such as some of the pizza or salad. Worse, one of the fresh pizzas that came out had a long strand of hair in one of the slices! Most items had a strange after taste or just was not palatable. The price was also appalling . It was way more than I expected.

Got there between 4:30-5:00 and only one other customer in there. Pizza and the chicken was cold. Our server Ashley E. never checked on us. We had to go up and ask for more plates and never got refills. The whole time she was standing at counter playing on her phone. Not worth 60 bucks for 3 people!!!

Tonight was not that great of an experience. In fact, the food has been going downhill for a long time. The chicken strips have been sitting there so long that the meat wasn’t even meat anymore. The pizza was cold and you can never eat the ice cream because it’s like rotten ice crystal milk wanna be something. I don’t even know how to explain that. The carpets are absolutely disgusting like they’ve never been cleaned the entire time they’ve owned the establishment.
