Very unhappy. The young lady serving us seemed very nice . I ordered two medium refreshers and when I got to the window , she charged me for a small and a medium. I told her that I ordered two mediums and said sorry very nicely and redid my order. I pulled off and realized that all that done was more ice added to a small to make it look like it was a medium. I tried calling the store and machine says that they are too busy. This was very dishonest. I wanted to go back but running low on time. When you pay for something you should get what you pay for and not have someone try to deceive you . Now I gave a cup full of ice. I will not come back and would not recommend anyone to go there. My husband buys his coffee at this location all the time and I am going to tell him and my family members not to buy from this location. This might seem extreme due to what this worker did but it is just so dishonest when you are a hard working person and trust that people are dealing with you in sincerity .

Order was made wrong so I brought it back and employees took upon themselves to laugh at the matter instead of fixing the problem and STILL managed to make my sandwich wrong. You would think making a sandwich is rocket science with how many times I was asked what was on the sandwich.
Want you to take a look at this mess they handed to me. I just took it and left cause it already seemed I was not being taken seriously. HORRIBLE service and treatment from the employees except the gentleman I first spoke to with glasses.
Embarrassing behavior from the others I dealt with and was a good reminder of why I stopped going to this dunkin.

This used to be my go to spot after work but almost every single time I order on the app there is always something unavailable. Let me note this is not the staffs fault but Dunkins fault the staff is always very friendly but the app should really reflect what is left for the day.
Another issue is managment is never there. If the app can’t reflect the stock fine but why is it that I can NEVER get a refund for whats not available. I’m always told that a manager is not there and Id have to come back when they are. Why isn’t there a lead at all times with the ability to make refunds?
This also isn’t a one off issue I’ve had this happen multiple times. Ordering from the app just is not worth the hassle.

I feel a deep sadness that my establishment near my house is doing a poor job the technicians of the coffee machinery since the quality of coffee has dropped drastically I have had to go to Tolland Manchester or silver lane and school st. where Apzar bazaar is located. The employees work with kindness and very respectful but they look bad when the quality it provides is poor I as a coffee machine technician previously in Puerto Rico of dunkin donuts and burger king.

Another drive thru mishap ..went this morning (4/25/25) & my Debit card was left there & I didn’t notice until 2 hrs later when I was at a restaurant & had to leave to realize that the Burnside DD still had it. What a disaster! I called & left a message with the owner & told home office.. I’m not blaming the employee who was at the drive thru window but the woman from Hime office who was there assisting with the drink & food items..she was nothing but a distraction to the workers & it’s probably why my card wasn’t given back to me. I’m so done going there..always an issue.
