DOUBLE MEAT!!
UPDATE: So I went against my own advice and ate here again. I ordered extra meat on BOTH sandwiches which i did not receive. So I called the store to let them know. I was offered six cookies for the issue. I asked for them to ask if the difference could be refunded so the manager needed to be called. The manager was called on speaker, since most people in Utah don’t speak Spanish the manager proceeded to tell the employee to get the ticket and to check the cameras to make sure I’m not lying… Which would be fine if I DIDNT HEAR IT!! AGAIN LISTEN TO THE FIRST REVIEW. STAY.. FAR…. AWAY!!!!!!
This place is a nightmare!! If you don’t speak Spanish DO NOT GO!! Ordered delivery through that app, had a gem steal my order then took an hour to even communicate that to the staff!! Then had ME call Door dash because they had no idea what to do.

Today I came to eat a sub at Wheatland location, and honestly, I wasn’t surprised at all—because the place is spotless, the counter is super clean, the sandwich is incredibly fresh in every bite, and the service is 1000% amazing (I say I wasn’t surprised because I already know how excellently this location is run, and Luly’s service is always outstanding.)

Showed up at a very busy lunchtime on a Saturday. Despite there being a line, they did a great job with service. Had the Spicy Italian sandwich and the new Great Garlic sandwiches. They did a great job making them. Tasted great. The location does a great job making typical Subway sandwiches!

I struggle with this one. We used to do to go orders all the time on the way home from work and it was always great. We decided to come here without using the app. When we got there one person was ahead of us in the line. There were two workers, one was filling online orders, and one was doing in person orders. As soon as it was our turn to give our order to the gentleman doing the in person orders, the woman who was filling the online orders told him to stop and focus on online orders. Which in my mind was a bad decision. What he was doing made a lot more sense.
At this point in time, there were five parties in line for a total of 10 people. They started making five sandwiches and the two workers got so confused between who was doing what that it took them twice as long to do those sandwiches. Instead of having one person focus on in person in orders and one person focus on online orders, they made it a lot more complicated and took much longer. Three customers walked out the door in the process.
Next time, we’ll avoid this Subway and drive a little farther to get our sandwiches. Also….as usual, they had no footlong cookies.
The guy that was helping us was very friendly and helpful despite everything going on. I feel like everything was out of his control and was trying to do the best that he could. The woman basically ignored all the in person customers.
