This Subway is go to Spot whenever I get hungry after work. The Italian Herbs & Cheese Bread is the Best Bread Ever. The Staff are very friendly and welcoming to me especially the Lady with the sweet southern accent who use to have Red Hair & now currently has Blonde Hair & she make my Philly to absolutely perfection . She’s Amazing! The Dude with the “ Fresh Cut “who works at this Subway on Sundays is also Super Chill and Cool and also does a great job making my Philly. He’s Awesome ! The Service is Great & the Philly is definitely Great. I also Love the Their Footlong Cookie & Subway Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I came in on Sunday to order a sandwich, there was a line and I was in a hurry. As I ordered Hosain made my sandwich so quick I was impressed. It was put together so well and was delicious!! Best subway experience yet!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to after what I witnessed today. I was eating lunch here with a friend and overheard extremely disrespectful and inappropriate treatment toward another customer. The employee — one of two older white women working at the counter — was specifically and only rude and derogatory toward a Spanish-speaking woman, while treating every other customer with politeness and respect. (The second woman also played a part)
The difference in tone and behavior was obvious and uncomfortable to witness. The woman even decided not to place her second order because of how she was treated.
This was disappointing and upsetting to see, and I hope management addresses this because no customer should ever feel unwelcome, singled out, or disrespected based on who they are.
Will not be returning.

Not only are they rude, they play gate keeper as to who does or doesn’t get their food.
I ordered on my app then came in. At first the man ignored me even though I was the only customer there. I tried asking a question but he only snapped at me angrily.
When I asked for the sandwich from my online order, he reacted ANGRILY at me and THREW AWAY MY SANDWICH. I never got my order. He threw it away.
When I got angry he physically threatened me. What the hell. This was definitely the WORST restaurant experience I’ve had anywhere.

I’ve never written any reviews on anything before today. I work in guest service so, I know what is to be expected during an interaction. I sent my son to this location to order 6 specific sandwiches. I even wrote on the paper in detail for each sandwich. I guess the employee(s) decided to rush him with the order by trying to make all 6 sandwiches at the same time. Mind you, there is no one else but my son ordering at the store. All but 2 of the sandwiches were wrong. My sandwich was supposed to be bacon chicken ranch foot long. Well I am allergic to black olives and my sandwich was coated in them. I know my son didn’t agree to the black olives on my sandwich. The sandwich I asked to be made for my work lunch was a specialty sandwich. I ordered a BBQ chicken foot long and in return I was made an Italian sandwich. Very disappointed. My life is worth a lot more than black olives.

The ONLY reason I’m giving 5 stars is because the young gentleman who just made my sandwiches was polite, helpful and had a great attitude. Unfortunately the short older woman who I believe is a manager could use some tips on customer service skills. She was rude as hell about the type of bread I asked for with my kids meal, and then she was giving the man dirty looks as he was cutting my breads open, but when he had a simple question about ringing in my kids meal (I wanted to trade the applesauce for chips) she asked him “you don’t know how to ring on a bag of chips?” As a customer service employee who is Also a team lead and trainer, I would never speak to my fellow employees this way especially if they are learning! She couldn’t be bother to take the time to properly show him what to do and instead talked down to him in front of a customer. I’m disappointed in the vibe I got today.

When I arrived the guy in Subway did not seem to know what he was talking about concerning the limited time only Oreo sub… He provided an auto pilot phrase of “It is on the App.” So I inquired with his coworker about the same item and was informed they are out of supplies for that limited time item, she informed me they are out of supplies for that item. When I asked her if she knew of any subway with the supplies of that Oreo Sub in stock, she stated they are an independent branch not associated with subway corporations.
Next had then terminated my order with throwing my unfinished fully paid sub into the trash and refusing to refund me. This is after they skimp on the veggie toppings and did not follow my instructions. So save your money and go to a different location for your subway.
