Chipotle is good every time. This Chipotle was not very busy at the moment. Cashier person greeted me as I entered, while helping 1 other customer in front of me. Love the barbacoa meat. Don’t forget the guacamole and chips too.

Amazing place. Very clean. However, it depends on who is working on how your food is made. Some people put so little, others don’t. Some people don’t know that you put sour cream in the middle or it just falls off on the tray. The lady was NOT in a good mood that served me and my sister. When I said I wanted a salad, she asked oh so that’s all you want is salad? I said I want things added to the salad like chicken and rice etc…then she acted mad? This place really needs to shape up. The one in Johnson City is Amazing! Please do better.

This place taste fresher than the other chipotles and is so clean! I enjoyed every minute while eating here. An employee stood out to me with her cheerful and inviting approach her name is Zoe. I’ve worked in the food industry before and it’s hard to find good people. You can definitely tell she makes a direct impact within this establishment. I definitely will be coming back.

Food was fine, service was good, but it was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. The floor appeared to have not been swept all day, nearly every table had food in it and under it, there was a trash can in the middle of the dining room, and all the trash cans were full. All the counter tops behind the counter were also visibly dirty. It just generally felt gross eating here.

The staff really needs assistance. They seem to always be shorthanded. The small staff doesn’t seem able to keep up with orders along with keeping the dining area clean and the cooler stocked. I’m not blaming the kids behind the counter however, as they are clearly doing everything they can.

Gentleman preparing the food was working the line ALONE!!! He was so kind, and polite in mist of doing it alone!! On a BUSY SUNDAY tax free weekend! Give him a RAISE!!!
The cashier stood in her place when she easily could jumped in and help in! The line was to the door customers started leaving when they saw the wait and one person working the line. The trash cans were full over flowing, the floors full of food as no time to clean up the place.. Everyone looked beyond stressed, short handed!! Shame on you chipotle for not scheduling enough people today and stressing your employees!!

Not very good. Got a stomach ache after eating here and IMO Moes is better. CHIPOTLES has a very small menu and expensive for what you get. The cheese cost is absolutely to the roof. We spent 12 in cheese just for a little bit on our bowls and a small side bowl of cheese. We didn’t realize it would be that much or wouldn’t have purchased it. Definitely not going back there, not impressed at all. Spend your money on hot Mexican food or go to Moe’s. Spent 30 some for two people.

I have been a Chipotle fan for years. That being said, it’s just ok. Tried the new carne asada, it was dry and lacking flavor. The side of large queso I got was luke warm at best. And lastly, the service person gave me a side of sour cream instead of the hot salsa that I asked for. Super let down for a $30 burrito(double crappy carne asada and $6 large queso)

I’ve eaten at Chipotle everywhere and it’s one of my faves. So excited we got one in JC and at the Pinnacle. Really disappointed to say the Pinnacle store is absolutely the messiest unkept Chipotle I’ve ever entered. Food on the floor all over the customer tables and the prep counter. Plenty of staff, just walking right through this mess and it appeared not doing much. Didn’t even order, just got out of line and departed.
