Fun place! I had never been to one before, but I very much enjoyed it! The staff was great! Very friendly and fun! We were singing in the kitchen, which I loved! The sandwiches were delicious and extremely fast! Great place for quick meal.

Got a door dash and it was missing the cheese, there was one thinly sliced piece of turkey and not hardly any mayo with one small spot of mustard. Also got a diet coke instead of regular. For the prices this is ridiculous.

We came here for the first time ok family recommendation. We had very good experience ordering Sandwiches. We ordered 3 club and a cheese sandwich. The Sandwiches were very good. The manager was also very helpful. Overall great time. We would definitely recommend this place.

People here are nice , the food is good , order is always right , the sandwich is made fast , parking is good. I usually come here come an hour away its an excuse to get away and go for a drive . Its a total of 2 hour round trip . Its a activity that keeps me busy for a bit. I wish i lived closer

I had ordered TWO 16” turkey Tom’s and a sprite in the drive thru and when I got to the window to pay the kid at the window said it was $11 something and I was that’s low for two 16” sandwiches I though maybe there was deal so I didn’t say anything about it but when the kid only gave me one 8” sandwich I told him we ordered two 16” sandwiches he argued with me saying we did not order TWO 16” sandwiches instead of just admitting that he messed up and ringing me up for the rest of my order. Then we I told him to ring the rest of the order up he still only put in one 8” sandwiches. I love Jimmy John’s turkey Tom’s but this kid does not belong in the service industry and I will will probably not go to this store again (the store is the one in Glenwood Springs Co)

I’ve found it incredibly easy to order through the Jimmy John’s app. I’d have to say my new favorite item is the jalapeño wrap, it’s very flavorful. I’m never disappointed with the food and very satisfied with the service. My food is always delivered in a very timely manner and the delivery drivers are very nice!
