Everyone here is so nice and it’s always clean and tastes amazing. I picked up my order really late and the nice manager made me a new sandwich so that it wouldn’t be cold. They are all so awesome!

I go in to my regular subway expecting to pay what I normally do, the lady then informs me that even though it’s never happened before in all my years of going, I had to pay extra for two slices of cheese I then brought up that I’d like her to put more the two slices since she was charging me extra she then proceeded to tell me it would be double if I wanted more then two slices. Then expected a tip? 0/10 experience get new workers.

I asked for assistance on the drive thru speaker button because the sandwich was not there to pick from the self service and the lady was so rude and condescending. After I left she went out to the menu to check if I was lying about the sandwich not showing up on the menu. Unbelievable how rude she treated me when I was asking simple questions or requesting.

Did a mobile order got there 15 mins later and they hadn’t even started it I honked and the window to let them know I was there and they said it’s not done you can come inside or wait the manager was very rude said drive thru is not for picking up orders and said I was supposed to get park in curbside parking but there was none and there were only 2 customers inside And 3 employees so not sure why my order wasn’t done I won’t be going to this location ever again I’ll drive the extra 5 mins to a different location

This place has degraded with the new employes, the choices to add were very slim, the sandwiches barely hot and the employes were more focused on going in the backroom than getting my order right. This was i.portant to 2 autistic boys that they treated shakily, did not listen to my order and instead of applying the specials like I asked, the order costed me over 50$ for 3 sandwich I was charged twice for sodas instead of them giving the combo asked with the happy Gilmore cups.. that place used to be good now it’s a sham. It was also not clean, the few tables available to sit on in store were dirty. The trash was full. I’m never going back there. At this point gas station food is better and cleaner.

Every single time I come in here there’s issues. As you can see from the picture they make the sloppiest subs ever, if they provided napkins it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but since they never do ( unless I remember to ask ) I end up with sauces on my shirt. Unfortunately I won’t be visiting this particular location again which sucks because I work in the area. Do better please.

Worst subway which is shame because it’s the only one in the neighborhood! Extremely rude woman making sandwiches, might need to be aware that her face is showing!! I kindly asked if I could have fresh lettuce and proceeded to tell me it’s all the same.. I explained that she has brown soggy lettuce that she is using. Instead she just stirred all the bad lettuce around as if that would make it look better. My husbands the meat on my husbands sandwich was all clumped up in the middle leaving two bites of a sandwich and the rest just bread. Sadly reading these reviews with how many bad reviews there are looks like the owner of this location doesn’t even care there are so many bad reviews!

Localfluence inspired us to come to this location. We walked over from the Vasa for a bogo deal! The restaurant was clean, bright, and inviting. There are places to charge your devices if needed. Service was great and their team was really friendly. The sandwiches were tasty. Highly recommend. There is a drive thru and the restaurant itself is accessible.
