I’D GIVE A ZERO BUT IT WOULDN’T LET ME!! Worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. Like AWFUL!!! They messed up my order, got an attitude about it, and then the manager BILAL said that he couldn’t refund me. Said I got what I asked for and he listens to all the orders over the headsets. He also gave me a fake phone number to complain LOL – but I was able to write to corporate. At first I only wanted $10 back for my daughter’s order but after my experience I want it all back because I couldn’t even eat the food because I didn’t trust the servers or the management. Tacky restaurant. Trashy service unfortunately. DO NOT GO!!! Oh! I called the actual restaurant when I got home and asked to speak with a manager, hoping the one I encountered would be gone – when I asked who I was speaking with, they refused to give their name!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

I honestly don’t understand how the staff can’t read or follow basic instructions or manage time properly. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes in advance, and when I got to the window, they told me to wait another 15–20 minutes. Keep in mind, it was around 9 PM, and I was the only customer there.
I stayed patient and didn’t complain, because I just wanted my food and to leave. But once I did, I realized they forgot all the sauce I PAID for, didn’t include any silverware for the rice and beans, and the chicken was cold and skinny as hell.
I was fine with waiting — I really was — but then y’all messed it up with no sweet tea, no sauce, and no spoon. Come on, dawg.

The staff was very nice in accommodating. The food was okay, it wasn’t hot. And my red beans and rice cup was half full , but they quickly Resolve the issue with the side dish. This location is hard to get to because traffic only flows a certain way. So you have to have to be going in the direction that the restaurant is on. You cannot turn left into the parking lot. So it took me an extra five minutes just to get to the restaurant.

Stopped in yesterday and accidentally signed up for an episode of ‘Attitude: The Fast Food Edition.’ The food might be famous, but the service was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. I haven’t experienced that level of disrespect in quite some time.

Empty store but had to wait for service, Manager on duty was rude and condescending. He was very short with me when I ordered made me repeat myself multiple times and when I asked for a medium instead of simply saying “we don’t have that” he said “what are you talking about? What’s a medium?” Rude. My friend ordered a 3 piece and instead got a 2 pieces of chicken and rice. When he said the order was wrong, the SAME manager said “no it’s not, I know what I heard” the manager was also very rude to his employees yelling at them and talking to them like dogs.

When I arrived, the lobby doors were locked with no signage or instructions explaining how customers were supposed to receive service, making it appear that the location was closed. After that confusion, I attempted to use the drive-thru to pick up a DoorDash order and had to drive around multiple times because no one was present at the window.
When a manager finally came to the drive-thru window, she communicated by yelling rather than calmly explaining the situation. The interaction was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Overall, the staff appeared inattentive, unorganized, and unprofessional.
This entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication, proper staffing, and professionalism. Management needs to seriously address customer service standards, staff behavior, and operational procedures at this location.

I went to pick up my food and was immediately got a nasty look from the woman at the window. They refused to give us our food and refund which was a $70 dollar oder. The entire staff was extremely disrespectful. They wouldnt even allow me to talk a manager. The staff was a bunch of younger people like myself. I will never be return due to their disrespect and refusal of giving me my money or my food. I would NOT recommend this place. It is the worse play I have ever gone to.

First time having Popeyes and was let down. Finally saw no line and figured we would try it out. Wanted to get a family chicken strip deal but unfortunately they only had spicy tenders? Since they couldn’t do regular tenders I asked if I could get plain boneless and was told I could. Order two orders of boneless with sweet and sour and hot as dippers. 5 minutes from home and I could smell the spice in the air. Unfortunately they gave us ALL spicy boneless and dippers of sweet heat and buttermilk ranch…. I did order a chicken sandwich as well so I had to cut the chicken patty up for my 2 and 4 year olds as they won’t eat spicy food. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection but I do not care for whatever sauce goes on the spicy wings. Lastly, we got a large mac and a large potato and gravy. The potato’s was filled to about a half inch from the top. That’s acceptable to me. However, for 7 dollars, I was upset to see the mac and cheese was only half full. If I try again I will order in app and definitely be checking my bag before I go. Ashame that this happened while it was the slowest I have seen that line (11 am on Monday.)

The location in Streetsboro was always my favorite Popeyes until today. This will probably be my last time giving this location my money. Customer service used to be really good and now its terrible. The cashier had a bad attitude, didnt bother to ask if I wanted my chicken mild or spicy nor did she ask if I preferred white or dark meat. When we got our food it was disgusting! Fries were hard as bricks so we couldnt eat them. The chicken wasnt fresh and tasted old as if it was sitting for hours. Food is entirely too expensive now a days to be serving customers meals like this. I can honestly say this location has went downhill. Save your money and get food elsewhere in the area if you are hungry. This was a huge disappointment!
