I have only been there once since they have opened but I am trying to figure out what their phone number is to ask a question about if they have hazelnut syrup in stock because for some odd reason the other Starbucks stores I usually go to are out and at the moment and are not sure when they will be getting more in on their shipments but there is no phone number for me to call on google when you look up this locations information. It just shows me directions and stuff like that but no phone number. Pleaseeee help lol I just want my regular iced coffee with no classic syrup sub the classic syrup for hazelnut syrup a tad bit of caramel drizzle around the cup and no milk cream or anything like that just black coffee lol can you tell I’m having Starbucks withdrawals ?! anyway both visits were great they were so sweet and nice they even gave me a gift card just because I had to exchange my Starbucks straw tumbler because it was cracked on the inside she had me pick out whichever cup I wanted after I gave her my original recipe for the broken cup then let me pick out whatever cup I wanted and then also just gave me a gift card just to be sweet. I wish I had her name to show more appreciation for her going above and beyond what she didn’t have to do for me❤️ we need more people like her in this world. And it was her last day at that location whoever you are if you see this and remember me thank you for being such a kind person!

The older lady and guy this morning always seem to have some weird attitude with me, Today I didn’t get what I paid for, I asked for cold foam more then once was completely ignored but I did pay for it. The 2 employees were not very nice and not helpful at all. I don’t buy coffee often and it was like they were being put out by ANY question. You would think they were being FORCED to work there by a parent VS being paid as an employee. The coffee was good but I would rather give my money to someone who WANTS my business and is not put out by it.

Two ‘baristas’ behind the counter doing nothing – literally nothing. Asked to check out my one item for a get together and they laughed and said no. Maybe I should’ve made them work but I was so disgusted I will not be going to a Starbucks again – the people at the target up north are much friendlier and not so loserish.

This Starbucks is in a Price Chopper, and is the best Starbucks in the KC metro area! I drive out of my way to go here. They are friendly and make the best drinks around! They are also one of the fastest (that may be because of all the repeat customers that they know their dinks and have them ready before your get up there to pay). They are worth going into the Price Chopper for your drink
