Element by Bodega is a specialty coffee bar in the historic Brossman Building in downtown Ephrata, PA. We serve artisan espresso drinks, matcha, and fresh pastries in a warm, welcoming space designed for connection and creativity. Rooted in community, our café blends New York bodega culture with local charm, a spot where every sip supports a cause and every visit feels like home. Whether you’re grabbing your morning latte, lingering with friends, or picking up locally roasted beans, you’ll always feel in your element here.

This is my new local favorite spot!! If you are thinking about stopping in, what are you waiting for!? The staff are always so friendly and make you feel welcome no matter how busy they are. The drinks are impeccable. I love trying whichever featured latte is on rotation and make sure you try a pastry while you are there. Ask for recommendations if you are feeling adventurous, they never have let me down.

This is my new favorite coffee shop to visit in the ephrata area. Every drink I’ve ordered, every pastry I’ve eaten, every conversation I’ve had with the staff, left a positive impression on me. I love the new life Element has brought to the community in the Brossman building.

Amazing specialty coffee shop right here in Ephrata PA. Super friendly baristas, top quality machines, fresh roasted coffee (their own), amazing art deco decor, pastries were similar to what we sampled in France this summer. Don’t hesitate, amazing espresso drinks, cold brew, and drip coffee. Ephrata finally has a true third wave coffee shop.

This is my new favorite coffee shop in Lanc! I love trying new coffee shops & Element by Bodega is the best! The drinks are delicious and the employees are so kind, welcoming & genuine. The atmosphere is so inviting & just such a vibe — whether you’re there to catch up with friends or get some work done, this is the space to be. Could not recommend this place enough!

A charming little slice of coffee culture ☕️. I had the Bombon Latte, which was one of their “sweeter” drinks, but it was done in a balanced subtle way. Excellent coffee! I tried the croissant cinnamonroll and the pistachio croissant, both were butter and flavorful. Concise menu with great quality items.
The seating is a bit limited indoor, but if you snag a spot, it is a great modern cozy vibe. Highly recommend stopping here if you are passing through. Also the staff was so friendly!

Element is a special place. I drive over an hour on the weekends to make sure I grab some coffee and talk with the owners. Tamarah & Kems are incredible! When I walk into Element, I am truly entering my happy place. The coffee is authentic and tasty, you are not finding something quite like this unless you are living in Latin America yourself! I love my Latino family here, it truly feels like home!

This place was so good! It’s tucked in a corner but the people here are so nice! The coffee is delicious as well! They make their own syrups so it’s super clean. Highly recommend to stop by!

This place is great! The setting and building is so nice, as well as the coffee being absolutely amazing! I am usually a black coffee drinker but have occasionally gotten cold coffee drinks, and both here have been absolutely amazing! Both are the best in the area! The baked goods are great as well! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Unique new coffee shop in the entrance of the old Brossman building. The limited seating is in a fairly heavy foot traffic area as people are coming and going up the steps and in the elevators to the other floors and businesses of the building. It is a neat old building to see and experience but definitely not the same cozy feel as a quiet coffee shop. There is limited seating and the bathrooms are on second floor. However my lavender latte was delicious and I would be happy to go again.
