~6:00pm, I received someone else’s pizza. I called 2 times. At 6:05pm, they said they’d look into it. I called two more times 40 and 50 minutes later. They put me on hold for 7 and 11 minutes twice. At 7:05pm, I called and they hadn’t started on the correction pizza. They said it will take 40-45 minutes. Should be arriving around 8? At 9:10pm, I finally received the correction pizza. 3 whole hours after I received the wrong pizza.
I understand mistakes happen. If Domino’s had handled it correctly, I would have been more understanding. However, they totally forgot about me and my wrong pizza for a whole hour. After their screw-up, they didn’t put a rush on it. Then they took 2 whole hours to finish the correction pizza… Just horrible execution and handling on their part.

Ordered delivery that took twice as long to arrive then they said it would then they claimed it was delivered on the app close to 30 minutes before it actually arrived. When I called the store to check they said it had already been delivered after I was on hold for 10 minutes before calling the driver who then finally delivered it. So just fyi dont bother trusting the delivery estimates or where the driver is shown to be as they just say it was delivered whenever so they can meet corporate standards on having orders on time probably. (Food was also cold when it arrived btw)

Sometimes you just need to scratch the fast food pizza itch, and Domino’s is not bad in that regard. I’d actually give their pan pizza crust a solid 3.5 stars for crispiness and taste. But would it kill the staff to be a bit friendlier? My man at the pickup counter was surly as heck. Overall 3 stars for this location because of that.

The management here is terrible – this place never answers their phone, the wait times are totally inconsistent, and half the time they mess up your order or the card reader systems aren’t working. The food quality is fine but honestly when it comes with such a big headache it’s not worth it.

This place is wild. Everyone is working so hard whenever I come in but there’s always some major meltdown with the computer systems so you may have to wait awhile to get your pizza. Otherwise, consistently delicious pizza!

Never had a pizza so DRY that I called and told them I was returning it. There was 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce on a 14″ pizza. And it was on top of the toppings. Humans make mistakes and it’s ok … as long we admit it and apologize BUT the Female that works there said Oh there’s sauce on those other slices lol. Who’s going to waste 15mins to return it? I ate 3/4 of a slice btw.
She said No refund but make another one. I declined and kindly said I please refund me but she walked away.Look at the other Complaints on the FEMALE also. 3 years with Domino’s but no more after this experience with a rude employee. The food is fine, it’s the customer service that’s horrible. The woman who answers the phones will tell you to repeat yourself a million times which would be whatever except she talks over you every single time before you’re even half way done w a sentence. Extremely rude and unprofessional. After reading all these other reviews about dirt poor service I’m shocked this location still runs. Again, food is fine and worth it w the coupons, but the service is so abysmal I would rather drive three miles out of the way for more expensive pizza
