The food was delicious for what I was able to get with them at the time! White meat had a 30 minute wait when I was there, so I got the 8 pc family meal with 4 legs and 4 thighs extra crispy for me and my Grandma to eat. I had it last night and for Lunch today. Very good food at this location!

Placed an order and they didn’t get the sauces right and food was cold. When going back they were rude and refused to give me the correct sauces. Ordered 6 of different kinds and only got 4 of the same. If they didn’t go smoke while at work I feel this wouldn’t happen

It was good, but they didn’t have the waffles, so they substituted a biscuit for them. BTW, they did not even ask if I wanted it substituted. At least I did not have to contact customer support on the app and end up getting a $5 credit or a free drink with next order like other apps would do.

This establishment remains poorly run, and it’s disappointing to see that nothing has changed since my last review, which I did years ago. The only reason I came here today was because it was requested.

Food order was received correctly and the only issue with this visit was that the staff was horseplaying too much and the guy whom took my order asked me to place my order when I was ready. Each time I started talking, I was told to wait (this went on for 3 times) – all I heard between each attempt was people laughing and playing around. No car in front of me when i paid > I was told to pull up to wait 13 minutes to get a simple order.

I went today to eat. Well, it was the wrong choice. I ordered Mac n cheese and there was a food label in my food. I called management to let them know of the situation and all that manager did was say “ah-uh”. I could’ve swallowed that and gotten food poisoning. I don’t understand what’s with Pascagoula employing awful people that have no business working with food.

Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich when I got it it was stone cold. I asked for a hot one and upset the whole establishment. They told me it would be 15 minutes. I said ok. Asked for a receipt for my purchase and offended the drive up clerk and manager. The employees are very rude. Not professional at all.

I love KFC. Today I went thru the drive thru and little ole Mimi made my day! It’s always nice to have someone be nice because that’s what we’re supposed to do. Mimi was in a great mood and it showed . Thanks for making everyone smile after a hard day at work

If i could give a negative rating they would get it. I’ve never left a review but they def deserve one. Waited 20 minutes for our food, then had to turn around because they forgot 2 things. Mac and cheese and fries. Shame on me for not checking before i left. Got home to eat realize instead of nashville hot tenders they gave us honey tenders. Kfc do better.
