This is an all around better experience than Chipotle. Fresh food and attention to cleanliness is a priority here. Serving sizes have been bigger than other places. You don’t have to kill yourself to get a table either.

I can’t say that I would recommend. Food was fresh and, overall, not terrible. However, the food tastes don’t match the typical Tex Mex flavor profile. Whatever spices they use between the different ingredients conflict with each other. I always want to support local eateries when I can, but in this case I would choose one of the major chain restaurants that serve similar food over Frankie’s.
Additionally, though the atmosphere is welcoming enough, it was freezing inside the restaurant the day I visited. That could be an anomaly, but it’s worth noting that the temperature made it a rather uncomfortable dining experience. I couldn’t enjoy my meal because I was rushing to get back to the warmth of a car.
The price also seems excessive for what they serve. Maybe they use fresher ingredients and that’s the reason for such high costs. Still, I wouldn’t consider it someplace to grab a good meal at a decent price.

Used to love this place, food is great but they do not know how to run a business and staff it properly. Last few times ordered online and although it says 15 min, it took well over an hour! Made orders for people in line while we just sat and waited! It’s too bad…

My first time eating here. Certainly won’t be my last. I ordered through Grubhub, and they were out of something. The restaurant contacted me quickly to ask if id like to have a different item, or the item refunded. The packaging was neat and organized. I’m impressed that the packing is also biodegradable!! Bonus 🙂 The queso was unique in flavor and very mild. The chips were fresh.The bowl was FANTASTIC! The chicken and steak were seasoned to perfection. The flavors of everything married into every bite. You could taste the lime on the rice i can’t wait to try something else from them. The prep and delivery were quick so nothing was compromised from quality. The “thank you” on the container was a great way to engage the customer since it was delivery. I might go in person next time

It’s a bit over priced for what you’re getting. I would give this review 4 stars but the steak is shaved steak and for two bowls at $31 I would expect a little better quality. Came back to edit my post, both bowls had brown rice which wasn’t cooked all the way and was hard and crunchy sorry but this is a very basic mistake. Both my steak and chicken bowls were clearly not fresh which I can give some leeway as it was an hour before closing time but this is still not okay.

The food was very flavorful. We ordered 5 bowls to go online and they were very quick to be ready for pickup and all of them were made correctly. Our only criticism is that the chips were a little stale and just seemed like a bland generic store chip from a bag, could be something to work on. We will definitely be back!!

My daughter just grabbed dinner, the staff was amazing! Aiden and Matt were super friendly and apologetic when they were out of black beans for our burritos! No worries it is late and we love the pinto too! Thanks guys
