Let me start by saying the chicken is fantastic. However the customer service sucks and I usually only write reviews when an establishment really messes up. I came in and asked for 5 wings and 5 thighs with 6 biscuits. The cashier repeated my order to me correctly and I paid for my food. However…I was given 5 drumsticks and 5 thighs. It’s not a huge deal other than the fact that the prices aren’t the same and I didn’t get what I requested. I was in Wilmington when I realized the issue and after a very brief phone call with the manager…not only am I not getting any money back but in order for the order to be fixed I have to back track to have them fix my order that they messed up. I…like some of the other customers who stopped in tonight was passing thru Claymont. If you can’t fill an order right you need to offer a remedy to keep your customers satisfied. I will not return to this establishment. I’m not wasting money on good food and very poor customer service.

They always get upset when I have change like if my totals 10.50 and I give them a quarter, nickel and two dimes…they spread it all on the counter and count it for like 5 minutes with an attitude. & The manager the guy with the bald head is very very very rudee!

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. They do not deliver even though their menu says they do, my food was completely incorrect, and when I tried to call back and let them know, the guy hung up on me as soon as he realized what I was calling about. This place is pure garbage and I hope they get shut down quicker than they opened.
