Ya know. I have had good experiences at this one, but today was ridiculous. I’m not feeling well, craving subway and the maker was ridiculously tight about the amount of veggies he gave.
I ask for lettuce and extra tomato on my BLT SANDWICH. He gives me 6 tomatoes and looks at me.. I say, um…extra tomatoes please..and he gives me 2 more…I say…extra please. And he finally puts 4 more. So then we move onto the black olives, I ask for EXTRA. He gives a single pinch… probably 10 olives. I again ask for EXTRA, like a decent little handful, and he gives another pinch of like 3 olives. So I keep asking. After two more rounds of 3-5 olives in his pinchy hands, it’s barely enough to cover half my sandwich so I again ask for extra and he has the audacity to tell me that he’d have to charge me A DOLLAR EXTRA for any more ” extra veggies” I would want. I looked him dead in the face and said no…you won’t. I worked at subway for almost 4 years INCLUDING this location. Veggies are not extra. He looked shocked or defeated almost cuz I obviously caught him lying to me, so we went on the pinching route once again with my freaking pickles. After I got at least enough to taste the pickles I gave up and told him my sauces so I could be done. I understand this is a busy location, I understand the stress, however we were the only ones here at the time. If I wasn’t feeling sick, I would have just left and went to a different location. I know that subway inplements a “veggie count” for 6 inch and 12 inches. But THAT HAS NEVER BEEN STRICT, because it’s easy to understand people who like olives are gonna want more than 6 on their sandwich. Unless I have to, I won’t be back to this one, I don’t like paying for a sandwich that isn’t even exactly how I wanted it, and I don’t appreciate the idea of lying to the customer. If another employee had been here I would have asked for them and hoped it was the lead or the manager.

I ordered three subs from them two of the turkey seasonal and a loaded BMT, it was sealed in a bag with a DoorDash and delivered, but I was missing the BMT. I attempted to talk to them and all they did was argue. I contacted DoorDash and they attempted to talk to them. I spent 50.00 and didn’t get what I ordered. I got screwed and I just opened the two I did received which were the exact same except the bread and being toasted. They were not made correctly. Last time I knew mayo wasn’t spicy. They were totally inconsistent and made poorly. Half the stuffing was even missing on my sandwich. See picture! From now on we will take our business to other locations because this was clearly a consistent problem. I will be calling corporate about that location.

Horrible experience. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:15 pm. After arguing, I finally got my food. The lady made it bad on purpose if you look at the bacon she grabbed and full and cooked it in the oven until it burne half of it and the rest was uncooked. She also would not change gloves. She would take off then use register. Then put same dirty gloves back on over and over again. Manager came in all mad looking and locked the door 30 mints before store was to close.
I have contacted cooperate for a refund.
There are 2 difer sandwiches in the picture.
Don’t go here at night. Horrible service. 2 other people on my fb page said they have had horrible experience at night as well.

I just received the Best Service Ever! The Gentleman Did Not Hesitate to stop what he was doing, Wash his hands and Cheerfully Wait on Me!!! He Was Extremely Knowledgeable and Kind. I Just Rode over From Georgia and Nothing But Subway was Open but I’m Glad I didn’t go anywhere! I Will mark this location so I can Stop here whenever I come through Town!

Asked for more spinach on my footlong , the guy told me no and said my sandwich was done . I asked him again to make sure and he repeated , no my sandwich was done.I left and will not be returning. Please tell your workers that this is America and we can have more that 4 pieces of spinach. God bless

The guy that works at this location at night is terrible. He is rude and very disrespectful. My daughter gets a sandwich from this location about 5 nights a week because of my work schedule and her sports schedule. I’ve never had a problem until now because it’s usually two very nice girls that’s in there at night. It’s usually around 8:30 when we come through and he closed at that time during our last visit so I let them know that he was wrong for closing before 9pm as posted. He literally cursed me and refused to serve us that night. So tonight we got there at 7:45 and he was very rude and disrespectful to my 14 year old daughter. I feel as though management should do something about this one employee. I know it’s hard to find good help but I also work in retail and I am a manager that will not allow my employees to treat our customers in this manner. Customers is why we get paid!!!!
