I went through drive through and they didn’t have several items that I wanted.. no biggie, that’s understandable. So I settled on a Carmel ribbon crunch with a shot of espresso. I get said drink, no shot of espresso, and half of it is whip cream??? I hardly tasted the Carmel. I called to ask if that was the protocol.. filling it up half way with whip cream, but no one answered the phone. You would think typically, if you don’t have the original item a customer wants, you would atleast make the drink they end up with decent. Wasted trip and money. Ended up going to a gas station to get a caffeinated drink. Please do better

Isn’t there a way you guys can do something about customers constantly blocking people in or keeping them from being able to use the handicap area? You know, the ones that are required by law to have “usable and accessible”. If you guys aren’t going to put some type of marking on the ground for the drive-thru knows not to block the handicap area, maybe move the handicap area to a better location? It sucks being crippled and having to sit in my car for 20 minutes just to back out

This is an easily accessible Starbucks. It is located right off the I-85 Kings Mountain hwy 161 exit. The staff is amazing and accommodating. It stays pretty busy and they run out of the popular stuff pretty quickly. They get orders out right away so the line doesn’t get backed up nor have you waiting over 5 – 7 minutes. The drinks are crafted precisely according to Starbucks standards. They pay attention and usually get the orders right. I’m simple and don’t add extra stuff but my adult kids do, so the extra pumps of this and latte yaya that is often on point. This is an easy in and out spot if you are on the highway and need that jolt of caffeine!

I just had the worst experience at this location. I ordered a holiday beverage and when the barista placed it on the counter it was in a white cup. I asked if I could have a holiday cup and he said, no he makes them in whatever he grabs first. I asked if I could have a holiday cup anyways, thinking I could place my drink inside the cup. He slung a tall holiday cup at me. My beverage was grande. He was so rude and disrespectful and ruined my entire experience. He and another barista continued to talk and make fun of me as I left the store. Sorry I have Christmas spirit and wanted to have a festive drink.

It seems like this location struggles significantly compared to some of the other locations in the surrounding area. I think the people at this location work very hard but the wait times are honestly ridiculous. I’ve placed several orders ahead of time and have even scheduled with extra cushion time. I always tip well. The past few times I’ve gone, their drive thru line is out to the road and I have to wait 15-20 minutes to get my order, no exaggeration… and the last time I went, the barista wanted to have an attitude because she saw me visibly frustrated—despite me being respectful. I don’t know what’s going on with this location but it’s not a customer’s problem.

I went to pick up an online order and my drink was not supposed to have whipped cream on it but it did and when I told her the waitress just scraped the whipped cream off and didn’t bother making the drink over knowing that whipped cream goes in the bottom of the cup as well. I was also supposed to have extra caramel drizzle but it was not on there. Never had this done at this location, very disappointed.

This is my second time to this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and the layout of the store is very nice. The place could be a bit cleaner, bugs on the tile floor and tables need to be wiped off. I got the ice green tea sweetened. It was made well. If they would just clean some things up this place could be a 5 star.

Hi! This review is for the manager who doesn’t know starbucks policy on refills! It’s an easy Google or chat gpt search to confirm! The policy updated to include everyone who dines in, not only gold members anymore! With the policy, any drink could be ordered initially but the only drink that can be use as “refilled ” are regular coffees/ iced teas! I know you were caught on the semantics of “refill” and it could be a little confusing!
