I visited this spot with a group of four, and everything was great. The service was quick, and we barely waited to be served. The lemon pepper fish was the star — super flavorful, well-seasoned, and delicious. The green beans were really good too, and the sweet tea tasted fresh. Our total was $80 for four people, which felt very reasonable. Overall, great food, fast service, and definitely a place I’d return to!

Nice surprise. First visit to Laguna Madre Seafood Company. It was much more than expected. Convenient, only 4 miles from my apartment. Easy to access location & parking off of loop 410. No Wait to order & be served. Food is ordered & paid for immediately at the counter when entering the restaurant. It’s delivered to your table quickly. The Price is right! Food was fresh, warm & delicious. Especially appreciated their healthy portion control of side items of green beans & rice. My grilled fillet of Cod fish & 6 shrimps plate was $14.90. Tax was added but no tip. For all these reasons I will be returning.

This location is different than the others, esthetic wise. Metal chairs vs wood, light and airy interior feel.
Access to lot is interesting and parking is tight but well marked. Good access to door if you have mobility issues.
Our order came hot, fresh, and correct.
Front counter young lady (Trinity) was tenacious in a pleasant happy way. She got us to download the app which although we frequent location on 281 we had not bothered to do.

Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was not pleasant. I stopped by the drive-through to purchase a few items, but the young lady at the window was very rude and unpleasant. “Alexis” should get more training on customer service, especially because this establishment shares ownership with Bill Miller BBQ and normally Bill Miller has Perfect customer service, but this establishment does not reflect that.
When I pulled up to the window, Alex did not greet me, and proceeded with giving me my total. She then gave me a little receipt. That only said the amount and the card number and the date. She did not give me an itemize receipt. Like any other restaurant or establishment would. Upon her, giving me my items she was giving them to me, and a rude and forceful away, almost as if she was throwing them at me, and when I corrected her on my drink, she made a face gesture, and when she returned the corrected drink She didn’t say anything, and just closed the window. The lady definitely needs to be pulled away from the window and maybe work in the kitchen away from customers or give her some customer service training tips. She was rude and unpleasant. I’ve never encountered this at any of the bill Miller restaurants.

Not a good time to come! Wait time was long and plate was terrible. The fish was over cooked. Shrimps were super tiny and no bread or hush puppy on my plate. My husbands tacos came with the sauce in the side but at least the fish tacos were good. They kept telling us sorry we are out of stuff. We still paid full price and didn’t once say “sorry we are out of money” I know times are tough to staff employees but when you really are looking for consistency and don’t get it. Ugh…

My father in law absolutely loves their catfish. I usually get fish and shrimp. Solid and inexpensive (relatively speaking). I don’t give it a 5 star because every single time I go they ask I pull up and wait for my order. Every single time, even if there are no cars behind me. So I wait. But it’s worth it so I keep going back.

The location at 1227 NE Loop 410 had EXCELLENT customer service! The food was really good—first time to try this place. The crab cakes appetizer was really tasty, generous portion with lump crab. The cod was dense and flakey. Golden fried. The side dishes were also really good—Bill Miller green beans, big chunky fries with a nice soft crisp on the outside and mealy on the inside. Hush puppies were soooo good! But the best part was the front crew: the cashier was patient, helpful and attentive. Very accommodating to new customers (not just us, but others)—and the two waitstaff/busboy runners were so polite and friendly…like what you’d expect at a high end restaurant. We stopped here for a quick bite but got a nice dinner out. Thanks, Laguna Madre NE 410! Keep up the good work! We will be back!
