This was the worst Waffle House experience. The staff was very rude! First and foremost, I was completely ignored until the manager came. Then when the manager was talking to the staff they completely ignored her. I placed an online order was set for pick up at 9:18 I gave them a few minutes and went in at 9:26 and my order wasn’t even started. And I couldn’t tell if it was because the lack of communication or that the staff was too caught up in their Waffle House drama, arguing with each other. The waffles I ordered were not cooked all the way. I highly recommend to save your time (and your money) and do not go to this Waffle House. You will be disappointed.

Stopped and ate lunch at the Waffle House in Valdosta as we were traveling to Georgia with a couple of friends to look at condominiums for sale, we were greeted as we entered the restaurant with a Hello ♂️and friendly smile from two employees, we sat in a booth and we’re waited on immediately, our meals were cooked and brought to us piping hot and delicious ☕️ , Dougie our waiter was very polite and prompt we enjoyed our meal at Waffle House and we’re back on the highway quickly,

I ordered a delivery meal for myself and roommate last night. When we got our meals they didn’t have my drink or toast. My roommate didn’t get his eggs and toast and hash browns were very under cook. So I called to complain and see about getting stuff straightened out. After hitting the option to talk to someone I waited on hold for 5 minutes. Then a auto response came and said no one was answering your call to try back again. I tried three more times in the same thing happened. I even selected the option to place a new order to try to talk someone and just got another computer. I was not able to drive to the location because of my nighttime medication. Set my roommate drove up there and told them what was wrong. They wanted to argue that my roommate didn’t get the eggs because they were not part of that meal. But the title of the meal State you get three cheesy eggs. And we even discussed this and agreed that it was probably included that’s why there was no selection for it. And they wanted to charge him to add them to the meal. That’s when he said it’s in the title to the menu option and then the host is pulled out a menu and had to look it up and like yes you’re right we need to fix that but they gave him the eggs for free. They did we make the meal but my roommate asked why no one was answering the phone. We figured it was around 8:00 so they were very busy. That wasn’t the case the reason was they said they get too many spam calls so they no longer answer the store ‘s phone when it rings. And that is completely inappropriate for a business to do especially when dealing with food. And I have already submitted a complaint to corporate.
