Their pizza is great. The crust with garlic drizzle is on fire. I ordered 2 xtra large and was given 2 larges. Called to the store and they offered 2 new xlg pizzas now or a credit for later date. Great customer satisfaction. Toppings are huge. Hope all to Enjoy.

We have ordered from this location several times and every single time it’s late and never correct. Tonight, we placed an order at 5:51. It was not delivered till 7:01. We were told the MLS was down for 20 min which is the same excuse that was used last time. We also had the following issues with our order: Missing lettuce on both sandwiches, missing black olives on a sandwich, missing garlic dipping cup and practically missing chicken on the chicken sandwich (shown in photo). We will not be ordering from this location again.

Well. I ordered my medium pizza half cheese, half with bacon and world pepperoni with THICK crust as I double checked on my receipt. I definitely got ultra thin crust it seems and it seems someone doesn’t know how to cut a pizza …normally I have some grace because accidents happen, however when this is a repetitive thing. It runs thin. To top it off, I called to talk about it I was put on hold and I finally hung up 6 minutes later. I ate my husbands pizza, and honestly, I’m mad.. It’s a shame because their pizza can be good when they take pride in actually QC’ing their orders.

I used to love ordering from this location, but the last few months the quality has really declined. Either there are only toppings on half of the pizza, the veggies are completely raw, or they forget to put on any cheese. Very disappointing.

This place used to be a solid pizza delivery. The last time we ordered it took over 2 hours to get the pizza. This time, the website wouldn’t work so I called. It as a mess. When the pizza arrived, it wasn’t thin crust as ordered and you can see appearance in photo.

I haven’t met Brad in person yet, but over the phone he is exceptional. I’ve had pizza from here many, many times over the years of living here in nwa. It’s a fantastic spot. Brad, again, people like you are what keep people coming back. 5 stars for Brad, 5 stars for Pizza. 4.5 on time frame, there’s been some delays here and there over the years but I can’t hate on it because everything else makes up for it!

Based on the email notification I received that my order was out for delivery, my pizza rode around in the driver’s truck for approximately 40 minutes. When he finally arrived he hurriedly handed me my order while giving a half-hearted apology about the wait. Pizza wasn’t hot. Won’t risk ordering from here again.

This is my first time to Marcos. The young person at the register seemed to be new and had to go and ask how to enter an order into the cash register but she was able to get it. The guys in the back appear to be just regular pizza people and had to be told in each order that was coming in. The restaurant appeared to be fairly clean and is next to a liquor store so you can get beer with your pizza. My order was ready in about 12 minutes and was hot and fresh.

I used to love ordering from this location until these last few orders. The pizza has been less than lukewarm and smaller in size. Less toppings and worse tasting. Not only that, but each and every time I place an order, I request, by phone, plates, napkins, cheese & pepper, etc right before it gets sent out for delivery and they always reassure that they will add it to my order. Not once have I ever got anything I requested. The only employee that has made the effort to make it right was Gage, but every time I request him to handle my delivery order, I get told he’s not available. I will not order from this location until I see people reporting better experiences. I’m leaving 2 stars in hope they fixed these issues
