The birria tacos are phenomenal the verde salsa has so much flavor the hot salsa is good they have two different kinds ask for the hottest one it is so good! it was still really delicious overall it was so good and the lady so sweet and kind and has great customer service skills she really cares about her business and her guests I would recommend this food truck to anyone it is actually in my top two of the ranking of best Birria tacos in Springfield!!! Our new favorite Mexican restaurant in Springfield! I’ve been looking for some authentic horchata, and I found it! Hands down better than 90% of the horchata I’ve had. The 420 burrito and chips and queso were absolutely delicious as well. 10/10 recommend and we WILL be back soon!

Taqueria Mexico Mi Tierra has the best Mexican food in Springfield, MO.
The shrimp tacos are phenomenal, and the chilaquiles are perfectly crispy and full of flavor. They use the best torta bread I’ve ever had, and their torta sandwiches are outstanding. The 420 burrito is a must as well. We’re from San Diego, CA, so we know what great Mexican food taste like. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re seriously missing out.

This place is soooo good. Two of my favorites are the shrimp tacos and anything with Al Pastor. Diego is very passionate about his food, and it shows in the food he sends out. If you get a chance, get the Horchata. It’s amazing. Laura excels in customer service and is a delight to talk to. Together, this is a place you can’t pass up. 10/10

Best Mexican food in Springfield! They make simple healthy ingredients taste super delicious! I eat there at least once a week. I get the vegetarian tacos (not listed on their menu, but they gladly make them for me!) And the owners are very friendly. Try it-you’ll like it!
