This Taco bell always messes up on your orders. My son asked for a craving pack, and they gave him a taco party pack.
My son tells the cashier I asked for a craving pack it has burritos and tacos. Her answer was, “You can order the other pack.” She charged him for 2 packs instead of fixing the order.
It’s ridiculous. My son said I told her twice, and she still didn’t change my order. He paid 52 dollars to feed 4 siblings. The amount of food that went to waste. Hard tacos get soggy.

Ordered 12 pack of Taco Supremes and they charged me extra but they gave me regular Tacos. This place always messes up your order. Don’t get burned like I have so many times . Ask for fries but they gave us chips and cheese. When we called to tell them they said they ran out of fries. But instead of saying they’re out of fries they take your cash and give you something else. Stay away from this Taco Bell.

Food was okay, typical for fast food. NO ONE greets you. No menu on the wall. Your order experience is touch screen only. One touch screen for everyone who wants to place an order. Clean? Oh heck no. I placed an order and waited. Five minutes later a lady walked up to the counter, set a bag down, and there you go. I’ll go somewhere else.

Ordered a build your own cravings box online and picked it up there and the strawberry lemonade tastes like water, my crunch wrap supreme they didn’t put the ground beef in.. I added rice and it’s just cheese and rice.. are you kidding me.. they didn’t give me silverware for my side of potatoes.. totally unbelievable. Unfortunately I’m hungry and already drove home so I don’t want to drive all the way back for them to fix it. I just ordered food maybe 10 mins ago.. Do NOT GO HERE!!!! Absolutely AWFUL!!
