I am not one to write bad reviews for places, but this is my second bad experience at this ihop in a row. The last time we tried to eat there it was 11am on a weekday, we walked in, and after standing there for a few mins they told us that they were no longer seating tables while there were empty seats in the restaurant. ok fine, i totally understand being short staffed and busy. not a big deal. However, we tried to go again tonight (national pancake day), and the same thing happened. We waited with tons of people for a good 10 mins before we saw someone who walked to the front and asked if any of us had a doordash. When none of us did, she started to walk away without saying anything else. After having to ask, she said they did not have host and were not taking tables. First of all, If you are going to promote free pancakes, i recommend having extra help for the occasion. Second of all, please teach your staff basic customer service skills because we wouldn’t have been sitting there forever. I have been to this location many times typically past 8pm and have always had a wonderful experience when no one is there. However, it seems like this establishment can’t run properly during typical business hours.

I door dashed the food but my god was this the best IHOP I’ve ever had and I’ve had it a lot in my life.
The pancakes were fluffy with so much flavor. The eggs were not burnt AT ALL!! Tasted amazing and the hashbrowns were the perfect crispy with exceptional taste ONCE AGAIN! The bacon crispy but not too crispy wow. Just amazing I had to leave a review.
Whoever cooked my food could have my entire life savings. Thank you amazing chefs.

We watched a homeless man get dragged into an ambulance and that did not the stop our wonderful waitress Kali from giving exceptional service and the food from hitting different. Restaurant was clean, waitress was lovely and so sweet. I love it here it’s my cafe from Seinfeld. 10/10 love this ihop

From the moment we walked in it smelled like sewer there was only one table with people It was completely empty at 1:00 in the afternoon We seated ourselves due to there was so many tables open there was only one other table with customers The waitress took our orders pretty quickly but it took about 40 minutes for the food to come out and when it came out it was cold The food had a good flavor even though it was cold The syrup when she brought it out the blueberry tasted kind of like it had iron in it It tasted bad I couldn’t eat that syrup .the coffee was good but the atmosphere due to the smell was so bad before we left went into the bathroom and the hallway into the bathroom and the bathroom itself was so overpowering smelling like sewage that I almost vomited I couldn’t even go to the bathroom I had to turn and leave disappointed will not will not! ever go back Now I see why it was empty

We ate here after work because it was one of the only places open. When walking to the door a strange woman approched us while she was hiding in the bushes. She asked why we were coming into her resturant and then walked away talking about fighting us. The service was very good, Kayla went above and beyond. Food tasted great

The food was okay, except the mozzarella sticks we had. I told the waitress our sticks weren’t hot and fresh as they should be. The marinara sauce was cold. Not warm, but cold. The sticks seemed like they were warmed up in a microwave. I told my waitress and she said that’s how they make them. The manager didn’t want to refund us because we ate 3 out of the 6 mozzarella sticks. We were hungry. No fresh ones. We had to take it how it was. Didn’t get to finish the cold ones either because the waitress took them back lol . It wasn’t busy at all. Maybe 2 customers that were there. I won’t go to this location again. The customer satisfaction is a myth. $10 for cold mozzarella sticks and cold marinara sauce. Bathroom smelled like something was wrong with the sewage. One waitress was yelling at two men that were there as they were leaving. My friend and I didn’t know what was wrong.

Im telling you what, that experience was incredible. My waitress, I think her name was Poe? Just incredible service is the only way to put it. Her story about seeing Loch Ness while filling my coffee was captivating.
