Usually love getting food here on my way to work. Last night I called in to see if they could take an over the phone order and the girl said “we close in 35 minutes are you going to be here in time?” I said “yes I’m in the car now I’ll be there in 5.” I tried to order a wrap and then she said she couldn’t make that. Okay, no problem. I decided on a salad instead. Then proceeded to barely give me any food in my pick 2. Giving them two stars because they are usually pretty good but had a one time bad experience.

First time at this salad works and very impressed. Bailey behind the counter was very helpful in decision making for my salad and the toppings. All of the food look fresh.The facility was clean and the people were very friendly. Definitely. Gonna have to go back again if I keep getting service and food like this. Stopped here after work and received probably the saddest panini I have ever received in my life! 11.99 before tax got you the picture blow a pancake And to be honest with you the Buffalo Chicken wasn’t that tasty to make up for it either.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your location.
Today, my daughter placed an order that included açaí, which was unavailable. However, instead of informing us right away, the team waited until I arrived to ask about a substitution, meaning my order had not even been started when I got there. Additionally, after providing an alternative for the missing ingredient, I noticed that another customer who arrived after me was helped first.
To add to the frustration, my order specifically requested no granola, yet it was included in my bowl. Unfortunately, I only noticed this mistake after getting home.
I was really excited to have a Saladworks opening near my home, but this is the second time I’ve encountered order errors and poor service. I truly hope that management is able to address these issues so that customers have a more positive experience in the future.

Went here yesterday, wasn’t busy. Both employees were too busy doing something that they couldn’t acknowledge that I was standing at the ‘Order’ area. Said hello to one, no reply. I eventually left and won’t be back. Service has never been a strong point at the Waretown Saladworks.

Ordered a tofu salad, a buffalo wrap, and some protein bites. The tofu salad was missing the tofu, the buffalo wrap resembled a panini or a pancake with how flat it was, and all this for $47 before a tip. If there are more than 2-3 customers in the store, you may also wait an inordinate amount of time to get your order in and get back out the door. The food seems really good though so it’d be nice if they could just charge a reasonable price and get the service up to par.

I ordered from there through doordash. They didnt have the soup I ordered so instead of subbing something else or making my salad bigger because I got the soup and salad combo, they just sent nothing but half a salad. They could have informed my doordasher and then my doordasher could have contacted me while at the store. Instead they told me to come pick up soup myself

First impression was amazing. Clean and fun environment. Greeted right when I stepped foot in the door. The menu can look overwhelming at first but with great staff and management to guide me in the direction, i was able to pick out the perfect meal. My panini was hot and delicious. Energy was high, great atmosphere and music. Definitely returning!

I’ve always been a fan of Saladworks, so I was excited to stop by this location. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my usual experience. The staff just didn’t seem very friendly, and the atmosphere felt a bit cold. On top of that, the portion size was noticeably smaller than what I’m used to at other locations. It didn’t feel like I got the same value I normally would. I’m hoping this was just an off day for them because Saladworks is usually my go-to for a fresh, filling meal!

Got 2 create your own salads. One had dressing mixed in asked for extra , no problem. The 2nd had dressing on the side, asked for extra dressing was charged $1.99 for an ounce container. What a rip off. They have lost my business. Almost $30 for 2 salads get over yourselves. The toppings are so little you barely notice them in your salad. Definitely not worth the expense.
