We went for the “Potions Class” they had special for Halloween. The set up was great as was the service, despite seeming to be short staffed for the night. The food was tasty but was smaller than expected. Not sure if that is normal there or just because it was a special event. Other than that, everything was great!

Great place for breakfast. We had the breakfast croissant which was amazing. Mimosas were great too. The staff was very pleasant and present. The atmosphere is great with the patio seating. I would recommend everyone to at least give Fish Tails a shot.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was so upsetting I feel people need to know before deciding to eat here.
We came in as a group of three and ordered our meals. What was brought to the table was not what we ordered. When we politely explained the issue, instead of fixing it, the staff and even the managers became aggressive and argued with us.
To make matters worse, we were charged for dishes we did not order — including a pork dish, none of the people in my party eat pork; some for religious reasons and some for health benefits. This was not only disrespectful but deeply offensive.
We were eventually told to leave the restaurant, without being given the chance to have the order corrected, and still had to pay for food we didn’t order or eat.
I have photo proof of the incorrect receipt and the food that was brought to us. This is not how paying customers should be treated anywhere. I strongly suggest thinking twice — or a million times — before coming here.

So we tried this place because the menu for restaurant week looked great…best part was the dessert. The bartender, who was the waitress, didn’t know much about the menu or if anything was gluten free. She seemed bothered that we were there. Only 2 other people were there. Don’t waste your time or money. Not great at all.

We were looking for a place to eat tonight, along the boardwalk, and fell upon fishtails! Decided to check it out and glad we did! They had live music playing, not sure if they have it every night, but they were really good! They have really great food, located right in the middle of the strip a hop and skip to Neptune, easy to get to! We got the watermelon Fresca and the whisky blast! Great drinks! We got the fish and chips, and the raw oysters, and the were both very good! The fish and chips is very tender and easy to eat, not too fried and loaded with breading!! Our server Kaylee, was really good, college student from VA Tech! She was very attentive and polite!! We highly recommend and we would be back!!

We came in from Texas looking for a local hang out spot. Walking in Kyle took us in like his friends. He took care of every need we had from needing lotion, a heater, vape charger, literally ANYTHING. Def the best bartender we have ever had. They had Cody James playing some amazing music which just set the whole mood! We had the mozzarella triangles and oysters and both were perfection. Best Crush drink that we’ve had also. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Wow! What a great local spot! The atmosphere is great, the servers were in the weeds from lunch rush but they helped each other bussing tables and seemed to handle it well even tho it was super busy for just the two of them. Alex managed to do a great job getting to me super fast and the cute bartender was really sweet too. I had the She Crab soup, fantastic flavor and a ton of crab meat. The tuna Tikka had just the right spice, I’m not a big fan of spicy and this was right at the threshold for me. Great flavor and cooked perfectly RARE. 10/10! You must go here if you’re in the area! Great job FishTails!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating – I asked for a seat closest to the water and they were able to give me the first available after a short wait. Very welcoming and considerate and had very knowledgeable answers to my menu questions.
Food was amazing; blackened salmon was flavorful and the risotto…. so good! I also ordered the appetizer of mussels and the sauce was delicious
