Horrible pizza! ordered 2 pizza’s for 3 people. This is what is left. The deep dish was horrible with browned cheese all sliding down the sides. The pepperoni pizza was probably 4 pieces of pepperoni in the middle all the rest was crust. Never again.

All I know is that the manager at this place is great at this current time it is August 31st 2024 and the delivery guy Dustin was also amazing I didn’t have much cash on me to tip him but he was very humble just like the manager was and said thank you and I told them that I would write a great review thank you guys so much for doing your job well it feels good when you’re ordering from places that you love and the people treat you kindly the way you should be treated as a customer great job guys!!! Sad I forgot the manager’s name all I know is that she works on Saturdays on the evening shift thanks again!

Ordered an alfredo pizza and they put pizza sauce on it instead of alfredo sauce. Called them to see if they could fix their mistake and the manager said it was something wrong with their system and then refused to replace the pizza. Also ordered and payed for cheese sauce the last time and got a bunch of different sauces i didnt order instead. I wouldnt recommend coming to this store since they dont fix their mistakes. And clearly the system wasnt “messed up,” if the printed sticker on the pizza says extra cheese on my other pizza that didnt get extra cheese.

I’ve ordered and picked up Papa Johns in Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey, Fort Lauderdale and Kendall and this location is by far the best spot one! Perhaps some days they may miss the mark due to how busy they get, but every ingredient is fresh and on point!! Sincerely, the legit Brooklyn guy.

I haven’t been to Papa John’s in probably 7 years and now I remember why. Order a large 3 topping pizza well done. The pizza is nowhere near we’ll done, the sauce is way too sweet and the toppings are barely noticeable. I paid $5.50 for delivery fee, plus a $5 tip. Not worth it at all. Never again. I will say the delivery was fast.

Christian Otis, the gentleman behind the counter, was such a gem! I came in close to closing time asking for something cheap and easy as to not hold them up to close but Otis met me with a huge smile and even helped me build a dream pizza lol. It really is hard to come across happy people these days. I’ll stick with that location just because of this interaction.
