Side dishes were dry and flavorless. Aweful. Went in at the beginning of lunch hour and paid with 100 and managment had to go to the nearby gas station to get change that should have already been there. 2weeks ago service was slow, today on east Dixie in Elizabethtown ky, we were only customers in restaurant. We got our drinks and sat waiting for 2 fish sandwiches. After 15 minutes asked cashier about our order and they forgot to fill it, no apology at all. I got my money back and left. Will not return. Now I know why they were not busy.

Fish was overly fried! So was the chicken! Small portions of food! Looked like a child’s meal and mix-ups on both my orders! It is set up nice inside with a KFC and a Taco Bell but that is about the only nice thing about it! You might be alright if you order from Taco Bell as it has its’ on separate location but the KFC is in the same one as Long John Silver’s so good luck there!

Absolutely terrible place to eat. Upon arrival at the ordering counter, the young woman actually took time to be cleaning under her fingernails before she took our order. When the food was delivered it was COLD, and probably old, as they just pulled it out of a warmer drawer. Also, the floors and food storage areas were filthy. We returned the food and asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere. The “shift-manager” had to be called to do that, and SHE did not know how to make a cash refund and had to call someone to learn how to do it. I asked for the name of the Franchisee, but the shift manager (Ametyst?) refused to give me the name or how to contact the Franchisee. I’ll be contact both LJS corporate AND the Meade County Health Department about what I saw tonight. For sure, we shall NEVER, ever go to the LJS/KFC location again. NEVER.
