Only vehicle in the parking lot besides me was an employees vehicle. I know this because he walked to his vehicle while I waited for them to bring my food. We waited for close to 20 min for an online order to be brought out to us. All we ordered was 2 drinks and a breakfast burrito. I order thru the app….

Wait forever at the stall for an order placed through mobile app….
Was “in the kitchen” for about 20mins and we were sitting here and waiting for J to bring our food, J apparently never showed up to work I guess ♀️
Press button wait for another 5 mins, a guy showed up to ask what our order was, second guy showed up and ask did we place order through app….
Ordered 3 pieces chicken tender and got a piece and one broke into 2 pieces. – Sonic got jokes…

Couple months ago I got a Oreo blast. It tasted sour so I threw it away and went back to work. Today I got a m and m blast and it’s again sour. Sounds like it’s either not being cleaned properly or stored properly!

Ordered on mobile app at 12:25pm. Did not receive order until 12:45pm. Food was cold even though we were told they were making it. Between this Sonic location and the one on South McArthur in Alexandria it is a competition on who can give the worst service and slowest service.
