Every once in a while, Coffee and a donut seems like a good idea. I guess I should say use to be a good idea.

I’m traveling in a RV. Last night I stayed at a Cracker Barrel and Dunkin’ Donuts is next door. You don’t really think about it but 4:30 in the morning no one is there? What happened to “time to make the donuts”?

It’s now 7am…. I decide coffee and a donut! I go in…. Nice people and order 2 cake donuts chocolate icing and extra large coffee. Nope, only yeast with chocolate icing. No. Ok, give me 2 powdered donuts and coffee. Nope, and no jelly filled????? What the hell?! So,…. The donuts aren’t fresh and Dunkin has discontinued the three most traditional options. Coffee and 2 donuts $9 and change. Won’t be going to Dunkin anymore.

I went through the drive-thru with my children. Had the worst experience ever in a drive through The assistant manager was working the window and dropped the GD bomb about one of his employees in front of my children. He threw all of my donuts in a bag on top of each other instead of a box like you typically would. He said he was the assistant manager and there wasn’t anybody there above him. He refused to give me his name or anybody else’s name. I have contacted corporate. This is unacceptable! I will never return to this establishment again. I always go to the Dunkin’ donuts on Michigan or Thomas Drive and they are amazing there!

Walked in waited 10 mins employee said be with you in a minute and then walked back over to the driver through and never came back. There was nobody in front of us or waiting to served. Walked out after 15mins of this Dunkin Donuts, is horrible worst customer service. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else. Rude and unfriendly.

Update 2025
This is the first time I have made a 3rd review for a place. But this place is still under the same management through the years and its still doing amazing. Not all the faces are the same over the years. But still I am consistently greeted with a smile. I feel like an extended family more than a customer at this point. The chipotle aoli is addicting. I purposely forget my coffee some days so I can hit that $6 meal deal in the app 😀

Still amazing and still so kind. You guys really need to know how much you pick up my day when I don’t bring my breaky from home. I really appreciate you all.

2023 I may be biased because I work a couple doors down. But they always take care of me. My drinks are done consistently and food is always reliable. I really love that if they do mess up an order (which going atleast 5 times a month all year it happens.). I can go back in and they fix it without attitude or battling me.

Went to this location for the first time with my sister this morning. Let’s just say it’s not a good way to start off the morning by telling someone who’s been ordering their drink a certain way for a long time, that they can’t have cold foam on a hot drink. The young lady with colored hair said they can’t put cold foam on a hot drink and told the cashier if anyone ask for that, tell them no because she doesn’t want to deal with customers when they get upset when the foam melts. Can she just make the drink the way the customer orders it and keep her mouth shut. Her mouth is what is going to upset people, not the cold foam melting in the hot drink. To over hear the conversation was upsetting.

Usually do my mobile pick ups for this location, as it’s on the way to work. I came in last week on 03/08, I placed my pick up order for the $6 meal deal. Normally when I do a mobile pick ups, it’s on the shelf waiting for me when I get there, this is really convenient as I don’t normally have a lot of time in the mornings. This day was different, I entered the store, upon my arrival I was informed by two employees at the door that I could go up to the counter to order, etc. I just let them know I had a mobile pick up. It wasn’t super busy at this time, maybe a couple people in line.

I go up to the mobile pick up counter and there’s nothing on the shelf, I wait a few minutes thinking that they’re still preparing my order. As I’m waiting, there is a child sitting in the lobby screaming at the top of his lungs, “mommy mommy I need food! Mommy mommy !!! “ normally it wouldn’t be an issue for me, but the lady on shift (I’m assuming the manager) is screaming back at him, she ended up giving him a balloon or something and he popped it and then proceeded to scream at him and tell him he’s getting nothing now, while also barking orders at her employees, telling them to do this n do that. The whole time I’m waiting for my order, absolutely NO ONE offered to help or ask if I needed something. About 10 mins later, a lady comes out of the back and asks me if I needed something, I told her I just had a mobile pick up. She handed me my order, which had been sitting on the BACK COUNTER for god knows how long. I thanked her, and started walking out. As I’m walking out, I over hear the manager complaining that she called me a million times, and that I could be mad if I wanted to. Followed by saying “oh well” this honestly left a poor taste in my mouth, this was the worst experience I’ve had at Thai store, and from now on will just go to Lynn Haven or Starbucks instead. You really need to do better, and lead by example. How are you going to call someone a million times for a mobile pick up? And then be mad when you make them wait for their order. & I understand not having daycare, etc, but screaming at your kid in the lobby is not the way to go. On top of all of that, my food was cold, and I don’t mind heating it up in the microwave.. the hash browns were super hard and I ended up just throwing them out. Should definitely look into retraining the manager, or maybe looking for a different one. Would not recommend this location if you’re looking for friendly service.

I’ve tried to give this place so many chances, there’s a reason this drive thru line is always empty. My coffee is never made right and it isn’t a complicated order. It’s either so sweet I can’t drink it or you can’t even tell anything’s been added at all. I’d rather wait 20 min at Starbucks and know my order will be correct.

People who work there were rude and tried to over charge for my order once they seen I was paying with cash, when I questioned them about it they got nervous and tried to come up with a reason it was more expensive than a couple days prior. I refused to pay and left. I went to another dunkin donuts 2 miles down the road and was treated very nice, I ordered the exact same thing and it was over $7 less. The district manager needs to come in and clean this place up asap. Customers should never be over charged out of spite.

This Dunkin Donuts has its ups and downs! The ups are a friendly staff and delicious donuts! The downs would be the care in handling your food may not be the best quality! I don’t mean that they spit on your food. However, when I purchased two Bavarian cream which have chocolate on top and one apple fritter all three Donuts were placed in the same bag without paper and smash together. So, my Bavarian cream had very little chocolate and my apple fritter had a lot of chocolate on it! This wouldn’t have happened if they would have placed him in a small box! I also ordered an iced coffee and generally when you order an iced coffee the whole thing should be cold unfortunately in this drink the bottom half was still hot and the top half was cold which means they didn’t stir the drink! So, my suggestion is to check your order before you drive off! That way you don’t get mixed up donuts and double climate coffee! All in all, I still got donuts a bit chocolate mushy, but I still got my lightly covered Bavarian cream doughnuts and my son got a chocolate apple friter!lol!
