I received an offer for footlong Friday for $5.99 when you order in the app. I have not ate at Subway in two or three years because of the poor food quality and value for my dollar so I thought I would give the new menu a try. I ordered two of the new subs one was a Philly Steak and an American Club. I did get a savings on “ONE” sub and had to pay full price on the second sub, so how exactly is this $5.99 Footlong Friday! The add did not state a limit. In my opinion Subways new menu in just a new menu, the subs are not any different than what they offered before except Subway increased the price of the new menu. Subway it is no wonder your business is declining when all you are concerned about is your profit. I do want to mention the service I received in the store was good overall. I highly recommend if you are wanting to order a sub definitely order from Jersey Mikes or Lenny’s they make a “MUCH BETTER SUB”. It will be years again before I eat at Subway again if at all. Shame on you Subway!

They are always well staffed, for quick service.
The staff are always pleasant, greeting you upon entering, and willing to engage in a conversation with you, if you’re so inclined.
The food prep area and eating areas are always clean
They even have a drive through window, with a separate station just for making to-go orders, so the wait is minimum.

I must have went at the wrong time.I accidentally asked for a condiment and the employee got very annoyed.I should have just left but I had already placed the order.The food was uncovered and a gnat was casually flying on top of the meats and vegetables.When I got home the edges of the bread was hard and the vegetables were room temperature.They didn’t even bother to keep the food at the proper temperature.What a disappointment.
