They did a good job on both my pizza and my breadsticks. Really can’t beat a 9.99 large pizza with unlimited toppings. Their Alfredo sauce is very bland. I’m sad about that. But overall good.
Update: I ordered again midday on a Thursday. Had a similar experience to the 2 star people. I ordered another Alfredo pizza. The cheese is sliding off the pizza. Somehow, the thin crust is doughy?? How do you underbake a thin crust? They also didn’t give me any Parmesan cheese packets. Sad.

Always too much sauce. I even requested light sauce on my BBQ chicken pizza, but they put so much that the cheese and toppings fall off. Sigh.

They had all my allergy info, I showed up when they told me to, and my pizza was ice cold. I told them I didn’t want a cold pizza and asked what else we could do. The manager offered to make a new one, and I said yes. I waited in my car for 20 minutes as the manager suggested. When I started to walk in, an employee ran to the door with my pizza, blocking me from entering. I asked if I could check it to make sure it was right. He moved, and I went in. The pizza was microwaved and already getting cold. I asked the person behind the counter to feel the bottom of the box to show them it wasn’t done like they said it would be. I took it home and threw away the microwaved mess they gave me.

I ordered a pizza from there today. I got a notification that my order was ready but when i got there she pulled my pizza out of the oven as if it was, in fact, not ready. When i got home my pizza was VERY doughy and not cooked hardly at all. The toppings were cold, the pizza was all floppy, the sauce was watery, and the toppings slid right off. If i wanted to get a pizza and bring it home to stick in the oven, I would’ve gotten Papa Murphy’s!

This is a door dasher point of view. Arrived, was told a few more minutes. After a few minutes I was told they messed up a pizza and had to remake it. It will take 5 more minutes. The whole time I was there the employees was watching TV. Must be nice to be paid to watch TV.

I watched an elderly lady and a mother with a newborn baby have to park away from the store. There’s no side with a handicap spot due to redoing it, which understandable. But the delivery drivers park right in front of the store instead of letting customers use the front parking spots. Make zero sense to me and very unprofessional

I got a bad pizza 2 weeks in a row. Everybody has a bad day so I let the first one go. Had a couple limp, greasy pieces and feed the rest to my critters. 2 week they messed up my order. Plus it was still limp and greasy. I’ve been going there 6 or 8 months. Pizza was great until they got a new manager. Week 2 the call center got my crust wrong. I have never ever ordered thin crust, but the pizza was still limp and greasy. I called management twice and never received the phone call they promised to discuss a refund or pizza replacement from a different store. I like Pizza Hut now. They will atleast replace bad pizza if it ever were to happen. You cannot grow a business without discussing complaints. The first manager was awesome by the way. He disappeared.

My order was placed outside my door and was out there for over 10 minutes. Called the store and all and we would offer was at 50% off until I said I had spent $35 on my order. She said I can give you one free, medium pizza. And as I started to ask if you wanted my name, she hung up the phone. I called back and told her that she hung up on me that I needed to make sure my name was in there and she said that I hung up on her and she argued with me. I could not argue with her Because I was trying to give her my name. I even asked for the store manager‘s name and she hung up the phone. Worst service ever. I will be following up with getting a hold of the store manger and corporate office.
