Unfortunately, my experience with Vector left a lot to be desired. I ordered room service and the first red flag was the disconnect between the TV menu and the physical menu in the room—confusing and unhelpful.
When I called to place the order, the person on the phone sounded irritated and rushed. Not exactly welcoming. The food arrived unseasoned, lacked flavor, and to top it off, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I thought about calling back to correct it, but when the staff tells you they “have other things to do,” it makes it clear where their priorities lie.
Overall, the food wasn’t worth the price and the service didn’t help. Next time, I’ll skip the in-house dining and just order from nearby restaurants.

This is not a place to go. There is nobody working properly. No table cleaned, nobody letting us know what we should do, they just ignore the customers who came in. Why exist??? Why???

Nestled in the base of the open atrium of the airport Sheraton suites, the wooden vaulted ribbed “roof” of the eating and seating area is vaguely suggestive of a half flying saucer space frame. Pictures of engines decorate the walls. I had breakfast and it was peak generic but good. The staff are friendly and efficient, but the place was nearly empty.

A rescheduled air flight landed me and the hubs at this lovely hotel restaurant in Philadelphia. Of course, we had to order the Philly Cheesesteak…and it did not disappoint. Warm shaved tender roast beef with hot melted cheese…we opted to skip the sauté onions. The fries were seasoned just right and rounded off the meal nicely.

The food was mediocre to terrible, the bar was woefully understocked, and not all of the silverware or glasses were what I would call “clean.” (My smash burger was so overcooked and dried out I felt bad for the cow.) It was like the management didn’t expect anyone to actually come in and ask for food or beverages or something. The bartender and server did the best they could I suppose, but I hope they find better gigs elsewhere soon for their sake.

The atmosphere is very beautiful with the staff being spectacular, very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable! Calvin was our server and he had the perfect balance between professional and him showing his personality! I appreciate him the most for being honest about menu choices and I highly recommend eating here if you’re staying at this hotel! The food is very flavorful! The cook and manager deserve recognition as well! Tony and James both made sure we had a pleasurable experience, enjoyed our food, and everything was cooked to our liking. Tony is an excellent manager and kept the evening running smoothly. This was our first time in Philly and I am thankful for the hospitality shown towards my husband and I!
