Ok. I m about to blow you away with the facts. We searched for a chinese place. We found this location. I m a foody and I like to be honest about my experiences. The first thing I noticed is that the cook was not even Chinese. I ordered shrimp FRIED RICE. I got rice wirh soy sauce and a few shrimps. No onions no bean sprouts no eggs no carrots and peas. Heck it tasted uncooked.
The Tso chicken was not even spice and the sauce was all watered down. NO BROCCOLI AT ALL. I doubled check and both cooks were from central america. I could of done the same crap of heating up rice and throw soy sauce and add shrimp to it.
In all I wasted 30 plus dollars for food that was not even made by someone that knows the flavors and what goes into it.
I advise you if you truly know how a real shrimp fried rice should look like and taste like, DO NOT EAT HERE.
I M GONNA HAVE TO VISIT AND AUDIT EVERY SO CALLED CHINESE FOOD PLACE HERE IN CAPE CORAL.
Even the guy taking my order who was chinese was more interested in his videos on his phone then having a real chinese cook the chinese food.

We have been eating here FOR YEARSSS! WHOEVER makes the eggdrop souppp but ALL food I’ve ever tried has been amazing. Also love that they’re open during hurricanes and even when the power is out!! it shows how hard they work no matter the situation! We love you guys at Lion King!!!

We did our Christmas takeout from here this year, and it was really delicious! Their fried rice is next level. Yummy veggie based entrees, super fresh. This will be our new go to when we’re craving Chinese. Prices are great as well!

Food is delicious. Bought 2 dinner combo dishes, the beef in the beef an broccoli was tender and delicious, the pork lo mein was great, the egg rolls were great too, the boneless ribs were great too and so was the fried rice.
Huge portions. Pic one is all the food left over from fixing myself a plate the day before. Pic 2 is the second plate I fixed, enough food for 4 people. and the prices here are a bit less than where I used to buy from.

Last time for the Lion King! Yesterday ordered the Happy Family and not one piece of beef or pork. Also, was not the brown style gravy like it use to be. Poor at least in flavor or authenticity.

I ordered an egg roll, egg drop soup, and the seafood delight for takeout. Everything tasted excellent. The portions are great for the price. The young man at the register could use some customer service training, but the food was so good, we won’t penalize them for that. Will definitely be back again.

I’m an 82 yr young male and have been in Lee County 45 yrs.. I’m also originally from New York where Chinese food is the best, it has to be or they don’t survive. Anyway, all that to qualify this opinion. It was the worst Wong Tong soup (no chives or pork) that was old and soggy. I even asked if it had it and the woman made a sound without response . I.m not going to describe the chicken chow mien combo (lettuce and onions only) or egg roll (almost impossible to chew) . Sorry but, I just couldn’t ignore this TERRIBLE experience !!!
