Domino’s is supposed to be a reliable go-to. Working in San Francisco, commuting back-and-forth every day, I like to be able to call in a pizza order sometimes rather than cooking at the end of an already long day.
Unfortunately, service at this location just really sucks. I ordered my pizzas with the regular crust, and I got the crust paper thin. I got the chicken and loaded tots, both were burned. I mean, come on.
ADDED NOTE: 06 FEBRUARY 2025
The owner/management posted a reply last month that seemed like a sincere apology. They asked me to reached out and provide them with some information so that they could make it right. So I did reach out several weeks ago to the email address provided, and have received no response. Evidently, the apology wasn’t as sincere as it appeared. I am downgrading to one star and won’t be returning to this Domino’s in the future.
And I just want to be clear: I feel like Domino’s as a whole is a pretty good chain. The pizzas are decent and the service is usually quick and friendly most of the other locations I’ve been to. I just don’t recommend this franchise location.

This location NEVER honors TV commercial advertised prices anymore. I only buy when there is a deal for one person. There was an older man there who honored the TV advertised prices but when he is no where around, the TV commercial price is Not honored……

This is not the first nor second time they have messed up my order, more regularly it’s the parmesan bread bites. More times than I can count, they have ruined the bread bites, either by over cooking them, under seasoning them, or somehow flattening them, and that’s not the first time. Not to mention burning the pizza. I like the convenience of the pick up window but with the caliber of the cooks they have it’s just not worth it

I’m a life long Domino’s fan but tonight I ordered 2 hand tossed crust med 2 toppings pizzas@ 7.99. The crust was super thin and more like slightly flavored cardboard. A definite change and reflects decreasing quality. Not even worth the advertising 6.99 price!

The atmosphere is very friendly depending on which workers are on shift. They tend to miss toppings for me lately, as long as I call and inform them they usually try to come up with a solution for the inconvenience, and they always have good deals going on. Just make sure to order online.

This location was underwhelming. I ordered the new Pepperoni “Stuffed” Cheesy Bread and it was stuffed full of disappointment. There was barely any pepperoni inside. In addition the Parmesan Bread Bites were dry. They are usually drenched in a garlic sauce.
