I enjoyed this location because the food was piping hot and fresh in the service was served with a smile! That made my daughter and I happy because we were running around on a snowy cold crappy day. We love their chicken strip basket with the gravy, toast, fries, and chicken strips, which also comes with a drink! Our fave at this time…

The new owners are making some exciting changes – the atmosphere is even better, the service is faster, and the treats are as delicious as ever. *Updated* Visited again today. Customer service is exceptional during the lunch time, food is hot, ice cream is good. I hope to see their rating go up from a 3.3 because they seem to be working hard to make this location a good place to visit.
Night and day difference from the old management. Seems clean now, food is decent, and staff is friendly. I really hope that people give this location a fair chance after it got such a bad reputation under the last people who ran it.

If I could give a 0 star I would.. we ordered 5 blizzards and they looked like a milkshake when we got them. When we asked the owner about this his response was that’s how they are made, he spoke very little English and had horrible customer service, after arguing for 5 min with him he told us they are going to keep melting as long as we set there and shut the drive through window on us..no one would even eat them so I just threw away $24 I will never be back there.

They do not know about cross-contamination here. The girl that help us touched money, her face, and our food all with the same gloves on. I was grossed out, and no one understood why. Something needs to be done about that before someone gets sick. Also the lady was rude behind the counter.

Under the understanding they are under new ownership I’ve always had good service whether old or new. I always get the peanut butter milkshake usually three times a week at least, well there’s different peanut butter in it today and I don’t like it and it’s not even close to being as good as the original so I won’t be back until they get the old peanut butter back I don’t know where you are saving a dollar or what but it’s definitely different

I am struggling to write this because I know they are “under new ownership” and I’ve had a couple better experiences with them since. Unfortunately I was there about 30min ago and although they got my food and drink to me fine they charged me for extra sauce for no reason. They did ask if I wanted to be refunded and said it was just something wrong with the button. I said I would just take the extra sauce. If it was just that it would have been no big deal, but when I opened the sauce it was very obviously spoiled. I had cocktail sauce, and it was as brown as BBQ sauce and smelled nasty. All 4 of the sauce cups were the same way. When I went back to tell them they kinda just brushed me off and offered to throw them away for me. Didn’t even offer a replacement sauce until I asked after they had already walked away. They didn’t seem at all concerned about the fact that they have spoiled sauces. Tbh I wouldn’t even be writing this review if they had at least seemed like they were gonna do something to make sure no one else was served the same thing.

I go often and get a mini blizzard for my kid. Total is usually 4.85. Go tonight and get the mini blizzard and a small vanilla cone and my total was $9. They are a huge rip off and liars
