Get your boots on and grab your partner. Dance on down to the Eastside Cafe in Girard, Kansas! You definitely will not be disappointed! I was seated as soon as I walked through the door. Within one minute I had coffee in front of me. She asked me if it was my first time here. At that point, I was busy taking photos of some homemade mini pies on the counter fresh out of the oven. They looked and smelled crazy awesome. The waitress Layla was outstanding. Within another minute. Another waitress Mandie presented me with a huge fresh baked homemade cinnamon roll. She said it was on the house?! Because I was a first timer! Another waitress, Lacy came and filled my cuppa coffee up again! This was all in the first five minutes. Everyone working was very warm and engaging.
I ordered the Eastside omelette.
With gravy on my hashbrowns. And some whole wheat toast. When the omelette came out, I was at amazed at how large it was. Talk about a loaded omelette with everything. I’m not kidding you when I say it was the bestest, baddest biggest omelette I have ever had. It was made perfectly. By the way, the place was packed when I walked in. And stayed that way until I left. I also watched them put out a togo order for 30 people in between all of this. If you have never been to this Cafe? Anytime you’re around the Pittsburgh or Girard area. Treat yourself to something luscious, wonderful awesome and amazing. The whole Cafe was clean and the menu was very affordable.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and made me feel at home!
To the owner, whoever you are? Kudos to your whole team!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
P.S. The mini pies were for a wedding reception being catered later on today. They even had the bride and groom’s names cut out of the crust on top the pies!❤️
