Can’t say how much I love having Chickfila in Cabot and in Searcy – both are great locations for food, service, and a clean fast food location. The Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwhich was so delicous especially dipping the fries in Ranch went well with the spicy flavor of the sandwich! PLUS! OMG…. The Cherry Berry Lemonade was SOOOOO good! It tastes like a sweet tart in the very cherry berry best way! ❤️ Go get one!

If cleanliness was a sport, the Chick-fil-A in Cabot would be Olympic gold medalists. I’ve seen operating rooms that aren’t this spotless. You could literally eat your waffle fries off the bathroom floor (but don’t, because the tables are also pristine and more socially acceptable).
The staff? Cheerful like they were trained by Disney and caffeinated by sweet tea. My food was so fresh I half expected the chicken to still be clucking. The drive-thru is faster than a NASCAR pit stop, and somehow, everyone manages to say “my pleasure” like they actually mean it.
If you’re looking for delicious chicken, a bathroom so clean you could perform surgery in it, and employees who seem like they actually enjoy being there — this is your spot. Chick-fil-A Cabot: where fried chicken meets surgical sanitation.

Chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese and a sweet tea,
A large four-piece chicken tender with fries And a.cherrycoke,
Everything tasted good was hot and fresh. The service was very friendly and efficient.
A market salad with unsweet tea.

First time here. Had a small bit of trouble ordering while checking out using the application due to machine not scanning .
But, we asked for help and the problem was soon repaired.
The food ordered here was recorded hot , fresh and in abundance
The service was very friendly.
This location dining area as well as rest rooms were clean, stocked and in order .
The atmosphere was a bit loud has ample lighting and seats around 60 people.
The seats are a mix of passed seats along with some wooden stools
6 Booths seat four peoplele each.

The children’s play area was clean and appeared safe for children

I went to get my wife’s usual lunch today. 5 count kids meal with Mac and cheese and a cup of ice cream and not a toy. I also got a large tea and a medium tea. I visit the Cabot Store at least 3 times a week. The food handler who was nice young man with dyed reddish blonde hair. I did not get his name. I asked for a drink carrier for my two drinks and ice cream cup. He informed me that he could not give me a carrier because I only had two drinks and because of something to do with Amazon that Chick-fil-A could not afford to give a person that had two drinks a carrier. If I had three drinks he could. He also told me that I should be able to carry my two drinks and food. I know he was following someone’s orders that they were giving to many drink carriers away. Even though he did not know that I had to carry the two drinks a cup of ice cream and the bag of food 100 yards through a parking lot and through Walmart Neighborhood Market. I usually have a drink carrier in my car from Chick-fil-A that I saved but had left it in my truck. I know that Chick-fil-A must be having hard financial times that they can’t afford to give someone a drink carrier when they ask for one. Seems like a RECURRING problem that this location hangs up on customers who have a complaint. I know for sure if the manager Kyle is there, your issues will not be heard and he will FOR SURE hang up on you if he does not like what you are saying. The level of professional service from Kyle is extremely subpar from the service and professionalism I’m used to from any Chick Fil A outside of Cabot.
I will continue to drive to North Little Rock and visit the location in McCain if I chose to have Chick Fil A for dinner. It’s definitely worth the drive if Kyle is on duty.

Will almost always love their food. The salads are always great. Fries delicious. Milkshakes phenomenal. Sandwiches and breakfast foods are tasty. Service was good. Only incident ive had was forgotten foods on multiple occassions.

I have 5000 deliveries on doordash and this is the only restaurant in Cabot that refuses doordash drivers drink carriers. It’s funny their employees carry the food to the pick up and use a carrier in the other hand for the drinks, but then expect us to carrier the same drinks to our car without a carrier. Do better.

Whats up chick-fil-a???? It was 40 minute wait in the drive through on a mobile app order. Not only the long wait I had a sandwich missing sauce, pickles and tomato (grilled chicken club). A salad without the crispy bell peppers and no silverware. This stuff would be coming back for corrections but unfortunately ALL my time was ate up in the drive through……

I visit this location 1 to 2 times per week for breakfast and always order the Hash Brown Scramble Bowl. I’ve noticed that the portion sizes have shrunk dramatically. The food still tastes great, so it’s unfortunate that shrinkflation has affected such a great brand.
