Ordered delivery and never received my food. When I called twice they said it was because no one had picked it up yet. I placed the order at 9:30 and still hadn’t received it 3 hours later

Don’t let the pictures online fool you!!! This is what their food actually looks like and it has no flavor and terrible. Why did most of my pizza not have cheese by the crust and there was literally no flavor.
Then I had the wings and the Parmesan Garlic is horrible. Idk what it’s made of but it tastes like Alfredo sauce and the wings are tiny for 12.00. They also give no dipping sauce with the wi gas so it was an extra 1.25 to get a cup of ranch that isn’t even home made. Overall would never eat here again and probably some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Awful experience. I ordered 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas for a delivery to an apartment only a few miles away. It took 2 hours and 50 minutes for me to receive my order after paying for it. The pizzas were cold on arrival and the delivery driver did not follow my instructions. Completely negative and unpleasant experience.

The restaurant forgot the wings on my order during delivery, but I called and told them and they brought my whole order again for free! Great service! Food ordered to delivered in like 20 minutes and 10 minutes respectively. Crazy fast. Crazy good. Crazy amazing prices and deals. 10/10 I would eat there again. And thank you for owning up to forgetting my item and bringing me a bunch of extra food! Amazing restaurant. I will be a loyal customer from now forward.

I just ordered takeout. Came to pick it up and my food was given to someone else. Told they will deliver 3 blocks to work once they redo it. It was recooked and was undercooked. Tipped on my carryout. Delivery driver wanted a secondary tip despite it being their fault that it wasn’t there upon pickup.
