I’d like to give a huge compliment to our waiter tonight, “Dub”. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, polite, and respectful. He checked on us often without being intrusive and made sure every request we had was handled right away. His attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made our evening enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so young who is this professional and dedicated to great customer service. Dub did an amazing job, and he deserves to be recognized for it. We will definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for him!

It is a strange experience to be sure. We have eaten here several times now. The food has always been excellent but the service is consistently and painfully slow. Today we were seated and nobody even talked to us for more than 30 minutes and we kept track on our phone for the time as it became a joke after awhile. My wife finally got tired and waved down a busboy to find out waitress.
The servers are very nice and gracious, I just don’t think they are set up well or have any idea which tables are theirs. We noticed that our waitress had been to the two tables next to us during our wait but never bothered to see if we had been helped. I also don’t think they have sections but instead have to wait on tables scattered throughout the restaurant.
Not sure who set it up that way but it ain’t working.
Like I said though the food has been very good.

2/28/26 9:21am This place was the only place in the casino that had upscale service!!!!! Food was awesome!!! ANGELO has 5 star service!!!!!!! A true delight!! He needs to train the other restaurants on what service actually is!!! Thank you for a amazing breakfast. By far the ONLY place worth visiting in the 3 day stay!

☹️ Tonight, we waited for quite some time to get water (did not receive my ice tea until after the food arrived). Then more time to order. I watched others get their food before us.
At an hour we were about to walk out when the food FINALLY arrived. We had ordered the same as the night before BUT,,, It was slightly over-cooked and the portion was LESS. WHY? We had to ask for silverware & napkins. The servers seemed not to care and we’re not friendly. The place was busy but not overly busy. No discounts or apologies offered.
Not impressed.
We won’t be back.

We were there on the Friday night of the truck show Slamboree. We were sat a booth next to the band. They were great! Loved watching the couples dance. The food was good. The service was HORRIBLE. With our meal, we also ordered a beer and a mix drink. When someone finally showed up with the beer but not the mix drink, we were well into our meal. Not once did anyone check on us or refill our water and tea. Not sure what happened ..

We have tried this place twice, food is quite good, nice presentation etc. Service is SLOW, painfully slow. Took 25 minutes after we had finished to get the check, stopped by and asked if we needed anything, no, just the check. 25 minutes later, we got it. Place was not that busy, and we kept seeing our waiter walked by, taking other orders. As I said, this is our second visit. The first visit wasn’t much better, but we thought maybe it was an off night. We won’t go back.
