Wow absolutely horrible, drive thru order was a disaster, Order was wrong, didn’t give me my drink had to turn ground go back thru my added items were not added their attitude was very poor gave me half a fry and I think they spit in my burger or dropped was something definitely going on with it… I was so mad I just ended up going to Buffalo wild wings across the street. Get food with my temper. I did not wanna go back and fight over $21.
BK Franchise: You guys need to pay closer attention to your stores that represent your name. This location is the worst by far that I have ever seen 1 star is giving this location credit if you had -5 that’s what I would have put

Crappy service people at the drive through always have an attitude and it take way too long like 10-15 mins and the food is sloppy and half the time wrong no one there cares period and I love BK but I’m done getting it I get more mad then anything

Used the app like always. I was charged for items the store doesn’t have .asked for a refund they said I had to go through the app . still waiting on a refund or some sort of communication from the app . The manager was rude and didn’t offer any solution only excuses. Very upsetting

Ordered a late lunch, whopper meal. Every bit of the food was cold, the staff were more interested in Dancing/singing and goofing off.
I also had about a 5min wait for an ice cream, mind you not very busy besides my husband and I small family in the play place and a person through drive through.
Was very displeased.
I understand it’s great to be able to enjoy your job and the people you work with, had no issue waiting long as my food would have been hot.

Love love love this Burger King! The staff is always polite and helpful .. we even got asked half through eating our food if all was well! You guys had Halloween special food and drinks .. that was awesome! Food is yum! Very clean and I love the design of the place .. the lights and seats. Awesome place for a “fast food” place! Prices are very high at this location they don’t really have the best deals like most burger king’s do. The women taking are order was a bit rude and in a rush. Update 10/28/22 the second experience was much better staff was very nice prices still a little high not really too much good deals
