You must rate a restaurant compared to what it’s supposed to be. Panda Express is fast food, which is the same as mall food. – expensive fast greasy salty not good for you but does taste decent for low price.
The Canby location is consistent and as good as any other location. The food tends we always fresh. It is always serve fast and efficiently. The customer service is above average for fast food restaurants.
The restaurant is always clean, including the bathroom.
This is a good inexpensive fast alternative.

Tiny portions. Nearly forgot our apple chips until I said something, which wasn’t a big deal at first. But then I opened our boxes to very small portions, even though its kid size usually they at least fill the little container. And now it just makes me suspicious that maybe its intentional, like they’re trying to get away with serving less. Idk.

Updating to simply say that this location has made the effort to bring in different employees and actually is much more efficient. Since my original review a few months ago.
If you’re thinking of ordering here—don’t.
Especially if Jorge is preparing the orders. Even the cooks are frustrated with him, obviously.
I waited 30 minutes after arriving 10 minutes later than the pickup time for what would have been a quick pickup on a Wednesday evening while a whole squad of employees floated around pretending customers didn’t exist. I stood there for an embarrassing amount of time for a restaurant trying to get someone’s attention before anyone even acknowledged I was a human being and not part of the décor.
If you’re wondering what the “Panda” in Panda Express stands for, it’s apparently “Please Avoid, No Decent Attention.”
Train your staff. Manage your line. Or at least look up once in a while. This place is a masterclass in how to make fast food move at glacial speeds.

Foods good but I just received 3 sets of chopsticks with my 3 meals I purchased from here tonight 1/2/2023, and 2 of the 3 chopsticks had mold on the top of them. Absolutely disgusting.

I have been a customer for 3 years, every since I work at the Walgreens next door! I order spring rolls and a large cup of ice only! Sometimes I order a soda. I have NEVER been charged for the cup. Today I was told that they have to charge $2.60 for a cup of ice. I could not believe it and the guy was very stern about this. I will NEVER go back there again, and I’m sure my coworkers won’t either!! If they have to start charging for the cup I have no problem with that, but not 2.60

A tasty and busy place! Good food and good prices. I have had a good experience here each time. On the rare occasion in the lunch rush, if they mix up my order, they are more than ready to fix it in a flash. It’s my go to choice for a quick, tasty, and healthy lunch with the Chicken and Greens.
