Highly recommend. We were greeted immediately and given a tour. Everything explained with a smile. Bought several items, all fresh and delicious. We asked how business was, and glad to hear it’s picking up. We always want local businesses to succeed. We will return. This one is definitely worth a visit – or many! My life is forever changed. I’m torn between standing on the street corner with a sign spreading the good news and keeping this a secret so I can always be first in line. My wife and I are VERY particular about our sandwiches. There are maybe two places in all of Utah we’ll even try twice. But THIS PLACE! This place is truly celestial. I got emotional after my first bite. The service, the pricing, the atmosphere, the taste testing. 10/10. 100/10. Already planning to bring friends later this week.

Bo was amazing, he gave us a great presentation and showed a ton of knowledge about these special and unique olive oil and balsamic vinegar’s! My girlfriend and I have never tasted such quality.
The macarons were also top tier!

The macaroons are on point and if you wanna add steroids get the PHAT MAC ice cream sandwich on macarons. So big you can’t even eat the whole thing. The chocolate salted caramel was the best.
We tried multiple oils and vinegars. Our favorite was the elderberry balsamic!!! So so yummy and not too sweet. We are taking one home.
The garlic olive oil was so good also. The bread was SO DELICIOUS. It tasted good alone and with ANY of the oils. We are definitely coming back! Hopefully on the regular when in Payson.

The Gourmet Way is a great local bakery that feels like a hidden gem. I’ve stopped in several times, and everything I’ve tried has been fresh and well made. The baked goods are flavorful without being overly sweet, which I really appreciate. It’s a nice place to grab something quick or treat yourself to something special. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place that’s easy to support because you can tell care goes into what they make.

Walking into The Gourmet Way was the highlight of my month! You walk in and are greeted with the best aroma of fresh warm bread and sweet smells of oil and vinegars. They have a large wall with probably 100 different oils and vinegar that are at your fingertips. You can try all of them as well! Tht owners are adorable and have great recommendations of combos to try. I can’t wait to give them all a taste!!
They have smaller sizes of oil and vinegar in all the flavors so you don’t have to commit to a large bottle. PLUS, the small bottles are buy 5 get one free (which is exactly what I did!) I can’t wait to go back!
