The customer service and management is horrible. The app is silly and there was a glitch to begin with. Usually managers are understanding but not at this location. I filled out the receipt and wanted to use the promotion for a sandwich which I’ve never had issues with doing showing a screen shot of the questioner receipt. The young girl (manager) tells me that I can’t redeem it because I don’t have the actual receipt. In that case, I could have just used any receipt that I found in the trash can. The chicken nuggets were obviously just thrown into the bag. I wasted my points that were earned on food that we couldn’t even sit down to enjoy. I’m glad the kids didn’t slip on whatever spilled in the play area. Get it together and do better. You just made me and my kids dinner plans down the drain. Shame on you people

This was by far the absolute most efficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The frappe was the best one I’ve ever had. The breakfast food was delicious and exactly what I ordered. The employees at the drive thru have an amazing attitude. I never give reviews about fat food..however when the service and attitude and the attention to detail is on point.. they deserve to be acknowledged for their outstanding service work effectiveness outstanding performance with a genuine smile! Wish you could clone these employees and have them at every location! Thank you for a fast delicious breakfast. You all deserve a raise!

Went to drive through and found what’s in the picture when we opened our food at home. Took the order back, Jodie (not sure of spelling, didn’t have a name tag) said she was the GM, asked for a refund. She said her policy as the GM is absolutely no refunds but would remake the order. I said no, not eating anything from their kitchen. She argued with me, said no refunds. Asked for her corporate or boss number. Usually there’s a number to call posted behind the cashiers, not at this one. Gave me an incorrect number to call, off by one number from the corporate number at the bottom of the receipt. After lots of back and forth, me telling her I’m not going away and will dispute the charge, she then decided to give me a cash refund for more than my order. Now she says her boss is the ones who said no refunds but she thought about it and just wanted to do what’s right so giving me more than the order was, for the trouble.

Service was terrible. Food even worse. She said it was a training mistake from the kitchen I left my name and number for her “boss” to call because she said she will get in trouble for giving me a refund but wants to do what’s right. Whatever. She knew she was in the wrong. I think she was hoping I’d lose my cool so she could justify her actions but when she realized that wasn’t going to happen, gave the refund.

Usually would rate this McDonalds high , except @ 9pm they turned their clocks ahead & closed doors @ 9pm instead 10pm. Which upset my grandkids because they have the playground area in this one. And naturally their ice cream machine was broke so No ice cream .

First of all i love comming here the food is always hot and fresh, the service is outstanding, they never fail to make my day! When I walk in it is very clean, the environment is amazing to sit and eat in. When I come through the drive through the curly headed ginger is always so friendly, very good at making conversation and giving me fresh food every time. Never disappoints, highly recommend this McDonald’s!

There were multiple crew members standing around doing literally nothing. Several people were not wearing hats or nets over their long hair. It took me 11min for me to get from the ordering speaker to the pay window. Another 8min to get my food. When I pulled off in to the parking lot next to the location, my food was cold. I will NOT be returning to this location!

We left. Overall the restaurant needed some attention with tables and trash throughout, not major, but obvious enough. The play area was hot, so we tried sitting in the main area to order online and the app wouldn’t open. Went to the restroom to wash our hands, while the app tried to open. One sink faucet was broke and the soap dispenser on the other side was broke. App still wouldn’t open, tried connecting to the wifi and the only network was the McDonald’s employee network that wouldn’t allow me to connect. Even restarted my phone and the app still wouldn’t open at this location. No connection and no app to order, we just left and went up to the street at Perry so we could eat and Kyle could play. I didn’t even notice til a day later looking at the pics, they have a box fan on the counter blowing back into the kitchen! That can’t be sanitary or follow health code regulations!?

Truly can say that a simple smile and wishing me to have a blessed day has me complimenting the cashier. I came today at 7am and the window cashier was a delight and honestly made the drive home a little brighter. Please give her flowers for the kindness she’s showing your guests, and thank you to that specific person!
