What exactly am I eating? I kept wondering that as I ate the few bites that I did before I pushed my plate aside in disgust.
Maybe not the worst food and service I have ever had, but pretty close.
We went about 5:15. No one in the restaurant, but since it was early, was not too concerned.
I should have left then and there. I see why no one was there.
The owner grunted to sit anywhere, which my wife and I did. No greeting or welcome, or anything. Don’t give me anything about Italians being rude – we have spent weeks in Italy, and the people are very friendly.
I ordered the cannelloni , and my wife ordered lasagna. Look at the included pictures and see if you can tell one from the other.
We received an overcooked, tough as leather shell, floating in red sauce. I’ve had a lot better from Chef Boyardee. It was revolting.
I can only say the reviews that have been posted are from relatives.
Avoid at all cost.

Ate here with the family last night. Everything was sooo yummy!! The portions were huge. Very affordable. Service was fantastic!!They said they were short staffed when we got there but we couldn’t tell. We ate chicken Parm, meat stromboli, pepperoni pizza, spaghetti with meatballs & manicotti.

After visiting a skate park with my Daughter, this restaurant was 6 miles from us. My husband ordered the ribeye steak, vegetables & baked potato. Our Daughter ordered the Peppe’s chicken salad & I ordered meat sauce spaghetti with added basil. The sauce is homemade, the noodles were tasty (I’m picky with my noodles) and for dessert we had a chocolate cannoli & lemon cake. Everything was so delicious! The only negative thing is they didn’t have wine (though their menu states otherwise) and my husband wasn’t asked how he wanted his steak cooked. Service was great. David was personable & made sure we were taken care of. Prices were fair. I’d recommend!

What an incredible place to eat! I don’t get to come here often but anytime I’m in Lovingston or Nellysford area, this is my FIRST choice for lunch or dinner.
Our waitress was lovely, kind, and attentive. The food was superb. My friend ordered Chicken Piccata and I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. The noodles were cooked to perfection. The sauces were also equal parts of exactly what it was supposed to be! We ordered the Bruschetta with Mozzarella for an appetizer. Moi!

It’s been awhile since I sat down and ate at Giuseppe’s. But my experience today was good! Had a salad and also got the fettuccine alfredo with broccoli and it came with bread (I had already eaten a piece of the bread which is why there’s only one in the photo but two come with it).

Best food in town and very reasonably priced!!! If we visit nearby, we’ll DEFINITELY go there again. I would have rated it a 2 star because of the middle aged blond lady whose behavior was kind of rude. Haven’t faced such behavior from a server for a long time. But because of the quality, taste and price of food, I’m rating it 5 star.

Classic italian pizza. Unlike American ones, they keep as less add ons as possible. Though i do prefer to have lots of sauce and cheeses, it was nice to have a fresh one with simple toppings here.

Lot’s of people ordered pizza remotely and came in to pick it up.

Excellent wine options at a steal for restaurant dining($13 bottles). Large portions. I got the cheesesteak all the way(add mayo of course) and house chips. Delicious stop after a wine tour. Plus wonderful service.

Wow what a pleasant surprise this place was!! We had been on a long hike and everyone was hungry and tired. We stopped in here because the place we had planned on going was full for the evening. The staff was very friendly and our waitress was attentive, kind, and patient with our large group.
She recommended the pizza and it was a good recommendation because it was fantastic!! There was even a gluten free option that my sister loved. My husband ordered the wings and they were also great!!
Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed! If I’m in the area again this will be our “go to” place for a great meal.
