Came in a few minutes after opening. At the counter the employee asked us for our order ENTIRELY. She did not take us through the assembly line of food (like they usual do; while they scoop the food). She had us stand at the “sides” serving counter and had us tell her all our orders with entree’s etc. This made it very difficult for my party because the employee kept having to pull a specific plate and ask us a second time what we wanted FOR that plate. A lot of their entrees and sides weren’t ready as well. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the sides of egg rolls and the eggplant entree. Also they didn’t ask us if we wanted sauces or give us the black serving trays to dine in because they were “wet”. Difficult experience for no reason.

I decided to have lunch here this past Sunday.. walked in and they were so backed up on orders… there were about 6 people just waiting on food to be made they had ordered. I ordered my food which was already prepared then proceeded to wait about 10 mins for them to realize I was not waiting for my food to be made but already in boxes. I understand there were other people in front of me but there were waiting on their food to be made. Mine was already prepared and boxed. Instead of the manager taking it over to the cashier immediately, he just set it down, not saying a word to the employee and moved on. A simple “this one is good to go” would have been good.

FOOD WAS AWESOME , IN HUGE AMOUNTS WORTH MY MONEY. EGGPLANT TOFU WAS A BLAST OF FLAVORS BUT I WISH THEY KEEP MORE EGG FREE SHRIMP OPTIONS AND ALSO FRIED RICE WITHOUT EGGS WOULD BE GREAT. This is a busy panda express, but the employees are on top of it! They’re friendly and very hardworking constantly preparing fresh food entrees after the rush hour crowd comes in, only to catch up for the next wave of hungry customers. Recommend this location for its friendly service. Surprisingly they still had coca cola products when I was there, usually panda express locations run out of those drinks by around this time(4:00pm)

My plate is suppose to be rice with veggies, Kung pao chicken, and spicy orange… this is what I got for almost $20. This location is Manteca by Costco, there was a trainee girl, when I got home and saw my plate I realized that she gave me the bell peppers and veggies from another dish.. instead the steam veggies.

Tried this location for the first time. It was close to noon time and busy, they could have been more prepared since two of the popular items were out. There were two people cooking and two serving, so service was slow.
