Stopped in on a whim and I’m so glad I did — this place delivers on flavor, freshness, and friendliness. The food is exactly what you want when you’re craving something delicious and satisfying. The pizza is spot-on: perfect crust, generous toppings, and that authentic “made with love” taste you can’t fake. The fat sandwiches, inspired by the original classics at the Rutgers grease trucks, take me back to my old RU days in the best way, Which make sense, since the owner owned one of the original trucks for decades!
The staff here is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. You feel like a regular even on your first visit.
If you’re in the area and want great food at great prices with great people, Big Bites Deli & Pizza is the move. Easily a 5-star spot. Highly recommend!

Everything here at Big Bites is fresh and delicious. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Nice, large open area to sit down and enjoy a great meal. Also very clean establishment. Roger is the owner and chef. His family runs this business alongside Roger. What a great family! They are so very nice and polite. You can tell they all take pride in their work.
We tried a number of items off their menu. The Godfather sandwich and Popeye wrap are 2 of our favorites. The grilled chicken on those sandwiches are so delicious and tender. Highly recommend! My wife and I shared a Greek salad and it was so fresh. The lettuce was so crispy. Their wings are also fantastic with some pretty hot heat levels. My new go to for wings for sure. They also have some breakfast sandwiches. He definitely doesn’t skimp out on the eggs or Taylor ham. A nice full breakfast sandwich. I wish Roger and his family much success with this recently opened business. A great addition to the area. I recommend you give them a try. My family and I will be back for sure.

I ordered a few speciality pizzas for a crew and they loved it to the point it was all done within a matter of moments. I personally ordered the white pizza with spinach and broccoli before and let me tell you, I have never enjoyed a slice of pizza like that in my life. From The texture of the crust, to the freshness of veggies, it was truly delicious. I have found my new go to pizza restaurant. Excellent service with amazing mannerism and professionalism from the team. The owner was super sweet and showed genuine interest in preparing our order. We definitely will be back!!

Great first experience! Met the owner Roger, his wife, and sons who were all amazing people. We ordered a bunch of food for some friends and from the pizza to the sandwiches everything was phenomenal. We will be back to try everything else on the menu!!
