Second time I have had a horrible experience with this store. Taco bell is great, but ORDER FROM ANOTHER LOCATION.
For context, I cannot eat meat. It is a dietary restriction. And I expect the Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos I ordered SPECIFICALLY to NOT INCLUDE meat to arrive without it. I expected the same for the two Double Stacked Tacos But apparently the workers at this particular location do not know how to follow instructions. And I am pretty sure giving a customer something they specifically asked not to include and said they could make is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
I get it, the employees are underpaid as is. But seriously? Isn’t this some kind of serious violation? Second time at this exact same location.

Definitely not worth the money here. I get the grilled cheese burrito and it’s mostly rice and tortilla. Not worth $5-$7 depending on the meat you get. There’s barely anything in here. This is my 3rd time being disappointed so I will be going to another location. Or eating somewhere else completely. It’s just gotten worse.

Total disaster my burnt food was missing ingredients and I ordered some potatoes without jalapeño and the first thing I see is jalapeño everything bad, the only thing they didn’t make a mistake was in the drinks

Ordered on the app for drive-thru and was told to pull around and park. After 25 minutes of waiting someone came out and brought the food. Got home and realized more than half of our order was missing. Went back to the taco bell and they tried to give me the same food that had been sitting for an hour at this point and argued with me that it was food waste, as if it’s my fault they messed up. Waited for 20 minutes to get it remade all the while the workers were talking shit and complaining about us. (Still got the order wrong btw) Cannot overstate what a terrible location this is.

Food is always good, however inconsistent at times. Service has gotten my order wrong only a couple of times. Atmosphere is the regular tacobell experience. Update: Quality seems a little lower, and they are really bad about filling your drink with too much ice. On top of that, tables are not getting cleaned. Please ask them for low ice and refuse the drink if they ignore your request. It’s annoying when you buy a large just for it to be the equivalent of a small.

Placed a mobile order, could literally see it behind the desk, employees walked right passed us didn’t say anything to us. Only came to talk to us when we were tired of watching our food get cold and stepped back to grab it ourselves.

The teens in there was literally all over the place, ordered online & after 20 minutes it said it was ready, drive 6 minutes there & ALL MY FOOD IS COLD, they had us back up from the pick up windows bc they said it had us as 2 cars whatever that means so we had to drive in reverse back to the speaker just for them to find my order & tell us to drive back up. Gave the. The code & name on the speaker & still couldn’t find it. Called 9 minutes after leaving & spoke to a manager by th name of Adam if thats his real name who told me it must’ve been cold because I had to have taken too long to get there shaking my dang head. I aske to have my food remade & was told a GM might do it for me tomorrow, Fix it Jesus

Not enough sauce and food wasn’t correct at all. Such a disappointment.. never coming back again. Didn’t get enough sauce only 3 when I had asked for one of each.. and if you’re going to be selling or making quesadillas.. make them how they suppose to be.. with good amount of food inside of the tortilla.. not just the end of the flap where it has nothing at all..
