I recently had the pleasure of trying Moore’s BBQ food truck at Amity Marina, and met Jake, I was blown away by the quality of the food. The BBQ plate I ordered some burnt ends with Mac and cheese.. Others in our group had pulled pork, excellent brisket, and of course ribs that ought to try next time. The sides were also amazing, especially the mac and cheese..
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Moore’s BBQ to anyone looking for delicious, authentic BBQ in Jacksonville. either at the marina or if you need catering.

The burnt ends from the food truck might just be the best in Jacksonville. They were tender, juicy, and flavorful, with a complex flavor that was both sweet and savory. The smoke flavor of the brisket was prominent, but not overpowering, and the burnt ends were coated in a delicious barbecue sauce that enhanced the flavor of the meat. Give them a try next time you see them out around town!

Hands down one of the best food trucks in Jax. Our neighborhood has a weekly food truck and I got to try them out. We ordered the biscuit and the pulled pork and were absolutely blown away. The baked beans were so good I had to go back for seconds!
