10-15 minutes in the drive through for 2 hotdogs and a small blizzard. No cars in the lot so they couldn’t be that busy. Hot dogs come out slightly warmer then room temperature and the blizzard might as well be a Sunday. Vanilla ice cream with some toppings on top not mixed in just on top and pushed down a little.

The people who work there are awesome. However I thought instead of standing in line with 2 people ahead of me that I would try the drive-thru. 15 minutes into that decision I started changing my mind. They need to hire more folks for the lunch rush, and pay their employees more!

This place was abandoned to like a ghost town and then I found out why… Basically their food isn’t fresh and they mess up orders. I ordered a 6-piece chicken and baskets and Ranch instead of gravy so they forgot my Ranch and the entire order was old except for the toast LOL my boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger meal his sandwich was fresh his fries were old they didn’t put ketchup on his sandwich and he specifically requested it. There was no one inside and only one person came to the drive through the entire maybe 30 or 40 minutes that we were there I think this little town knows all about Dairy Queen and the employees were found that employees were smoking in the parking lot and clearly there is a designated area check out the images please give me a thumbs up if this review was helpful. Also there’s a way better Dairy Queen not too far it’s on route 14 in Columbiana everything is always fresh there and the customer service is impeccable.

Bought 7.00 meal deal, they left out chicken nuggets, French fries and burger were barely warm and sundae was half melted, usually good

I don’t know if I have ever had such bad service. We walked in and two girls were running around and one of them asked another girl to take our order. The girl walked over rolled her eyes, I even asked if she was having a bad day. She took out order slammed the cups down. Then stormed off.

Ordered 8 piece meal and this is what I got four large chicken bits and then trimmings. Roughly 22 French fries now keep in mind I paid for the larger meal. Less than satisfied with this establishment.

I waited in the drive thru for over a half an hour. I got pulled once I got to the window due to my food not being ready. They gave me my ice cream while at the window then pulled me. Time my food finally came out 20 mins later, my ice cream was completely melted. So needless to say I spent over an hour for my food and when they brought it out it was cold.

Always love going when the previous owner Bob ran that Dairy Queen. Went there Sunday for dinner and it was an absolute disgrace, Burger was way over cooked, and the fries I ordered were only about a quarter of the way full. I also ordered two strawberry sundaes and they came with hardly any ice cream. Hopefully they get new owners and New Management

Went there today asked for a coco dip strawberry blizzard like I have more than a dozen times in the past always very good or at least decent. Today was different may be new hire or don’t care for their job who knows. It was terrible hardly enough strawberries to turn it pink , than for so reason they put cake chunks in it. In a word it sucked. If you don’t know how to do something ask or just say I can’t make that. Don’t give me something I didn’t ask for. DO BETTER !
