Cannolis not filled completely the first trip, second trip cannolis didn’t have chocolate chips on them. Then I tried emailing to order a tray of goodies for a party; it took days to get an initial reply then they never replied after I asked what the cost will be. When I tried calling whomever picked up just said hello like its their personal line with no business name or anything and then just giggled and said yea when I asked to make sure I called the right place. Unfortunately I have given caffe nera several chances and they disappointed each time. Will not return or recommend

We attended a birthday party there today everything was great! All the food was delicious and the cake was probably the best cake I’ve ever had!! Oh and the caramel macchiato was perfect! Great atmosphere in both floors. Highly recommend!!

The strawberry pretzel salad is absolutely amazing. We have ordered it for Christmas and New Year’s and plan on ordering again in the near future. For New Year’s, we also tried the linguine salad, which was perfect and finished our evening off with their yummy cannolis. I found this place accidentally and I am so glad I did.
