I ate the cheese, it’s thick with mozzarella, it’s a folded pizza. It’s not bad.
We got two of the kafta, meat, pizza and cheese. All were good. Filling, easy and small. The cheese had a decent amount. The kafta feels like more meat than the meat, which looks like a small layer. All still good either way and nicely seasoned.
Their kafta, seasoned beef, pizza and cheese pies are good because they don’t make them too big. They are a smaller hand held then some in the area.
Next time I need to try their Zaatar and cheese bread, mansour kayak.

Bash Mansour Bakery is an excellent spot in Dearborn for authentic Lebanese bread. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and the texture of the bread is perfect soft yet crisp at the edges. The cheese and honey combination is especially good, a great balance of sweet and savory that really stands out. Definitely one of the best places in the area for traditional Lebanese baked goods!

Visited Dearborn/Detroit area over Thanksgiving Weekend. Motivated by the warm welcoming smile of the hijabi baker on their Google website, we decided to give Bash Mansour a try over the many other similar stores in the area. The moment we stepped in this humble bakery on a cold morning, we were hit by the warm aroma of the freshly baked goods constantly coming out of the oven. Beautiful Quran was playing in the background, transporting you to another part of the world. Two aunties were kneading dough in the back, a good natured young man stood guard by the oven and one auntie handled the orders and customers. Unfamiliar with their products, they encouraged us to try a couple of hand pies. We insisted they put it on our tab but they refused, insisting that it was on them. We were humbled by their generosity. Since there is limited seating, we bought a variety of pies to go for our family of 7. While we loved all of them (they are light and not oily), our favorites were the chicken pies and the mini spinach pies. During our stay, we tried another famous bakery that offered similar products but we felt Bash Mansour was better. We returned every morning during our stay and even brought a large order home with us, ready to freeze and use later.
If I could recommend something, it would be that they add a sauteed ground beef and onion closed pie to the menu. Wonderful place with fantastic people. Totally worth a visit or many.

I definitely love driving the 15-20 min to get this deelicious bakery food it’s a monthly thing I definitely spend a pretty buck here but it’s worth it definitely!! The owner is awsome. He’s cool and will definitely hook u up. I love the meat with cheese they are not stingy on the meat and also I got the chicken sandwich!!!! Soooo goood!!!! This is my spot!! Also the pepperoni roll is good too!! They have a good menu and different choices for everyone.

Small walk-in setup, and the lady taking orders was nice. 3 small tables for 1-2 people if they want to eat, but it’s very small and eating there would be uncomfortable for those wanting privacy.
Since most items are made fresh it will take a few minutes, maybe longer on most busy timings. Most people walking in seemed to have ordered ahead.
Food was delicious and very reasonable proportions for price. Quality was at/above par compared to others we have visited in Dearborn. We will be back.
Suggestion: better accountability to include items ordered as 1 item was left out but they were nice to acknowledge and provide asap. Also receipt provided should be itemized to provide better transparency.

I randomly stumbled upon this place on Google- and I’m so glad I did! When I walked in I was greeted by the warmest, loveliest lady named Nadia- she went out of her way to make sure that I got everything and I needed and more. I was picking up pies bc I was hosting some friends and they absolutely loved them- not a single pie was left over at the end of the night. I 100% will be a regular, and highly suggest this place to anyone looking for great baked goods and service.
